Great hotel, with nice location. Room was very clean and spacious. Food was great. Good value for money.

The service was great the receptionist was friendly, the amenities were nice too Walking distance to the beach and nice restaurants.

Great location just few minutes walk from train station and 15 mins from airport by taxi (£10). The free brunch was delicious and a big plus with a lot of varieties. The gym and pool were good. Generally the facilities were great. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The room was spacious with comfortable bed and air conditioning. The bathroom was great with hot powerful shower and bath and toiletries. Highly recommended.

A fairly extensive buffet. Very good value for money. There is a small and comfortable gym near the beach.

We booked this hotel for an anniversary get away. It looked really interesting and exciting online. The first issue we had was immediately on check in. We paid for a promo room on the tent website which to my understanding is a room on offer which is what a promo is. For all yes it is cheaper this isn't just what this means. We were given a non balcony room which seemed to be separate to the main bulk of the hotel. It was in a dark dingy corridor and even a separate lift. The booking did not specify anywhere that the room was a non balcony room. When i asked if we could change we were told not till the following morning when rooms are organised. This wasn't good for us only being there a couple of nights. After feeling really down and disappointed we went back to reception and the manager agreed to move us if we paid €45 to which we did agree but stated the website does not state a non balcony room. They had an opportunity to tell us this in advance given when we booked this. They weren't bothered about the complaint but we didn't want to waste anymore time on our first day. The high floor room we were given was way better and it did make us feel better but was still annoying paying €45 for something not stated on the website. Be wary of promo priced rooms! The next issue was brunch. Its amazing a hotel offering food till 13:30 how-ether. There is not enough staff to cater for this especially in August. You have to search for a table as most have dishes piled up and left or others are claimed by people eating. I had to clean my own table and shift plates and set it up just so we could sit and eat which you dont expect at all in any restaurant. I have pics of this and this was every morning we went down to the restaurant for food. I have never seen tables neglected in any hotel ever like this. There was only 2 staff i could see. Thirdly with the swimming pool we seen it was on smaller side which is ok but we never on any day were able to be by the pool to even get in. There was even people sitting on the floor as there is about 25 sunbeds for a hotel that holds an awful lot of people. People seemed to claim these sunbeds immediately first thing on a morning and that was it for the day. Sit on floor or go to the beach. I did send a complaint to tent but never heard anything back. I am really disappointed. Its not cheap to do these sort of trips anymore and it was for a special occasion and the hotel did somewhat ruin this for us.

Had a great stay at tent. Big room with air con & nice balcony. Was a bit of a walk to beach but was a nice walk. We got the lift back up! Only a 5/10 minute walk to shops & bars. Pool very small & not many beds. Food was good & always plenty of it. Got a bit busy in there but always found a seat. They supplied gluten free bread if requested. Bar area was nice, there was an area where they supplied plates & cutlery if you wanted to get a take away delivered. Lifts were a bit slow Friendly staff

The pillows are great, the room is well furnished, the bathroom cozy and clean, nice balcony, unlimited branch. An excellent pool. The hotel is very close to promenade but far from the beach. We didn't mind it, but it's not suitable for the families with small children. The only thing that I would change is putting cold water in the lobby. M110 bus which you can use to go to Málaga stops behind the hotel. The bus ticket is 1,70 one way.

I stayed here for 3 nights on a girls trip. I wasn’t expecting much due to the price we paid but the hotel was surprisingly good. The hotel looked like it had a refurbishment in the last year or so. However, there was already signs of wear and tear, particularly around the doors of some of the rooms, the plaster was all cracked. Location is good. Only a 5 minute walk to the centre of Torremolinos where there was a good range of bars and restaurants. Hotel has a small pool area and sundeck. I could imagine this would be crowded on the summer. Rooms and bathrooms are modern and clean. I would ask for a pool facing room as the ones on the other side of the hotel don’t have the best views, especially if you are on a lower floor. The board basis was bed and brunch. This is a new concept for me but it was brilliant. A brilliant choice of food and available until 1pm. If you go in later, the type of food changes into more lunch options rather than breakfast. Overall it was a great choice for a short break.

Great value, clean, good rooms great facilities, central location would recommend for adults but not kids, we are a family all grown ups and it was perfect! Small pool but not a problem for us, good WiFi, staff are very friendly and helpful would definitely return

Me and my other half booked a very cheap flight from Cornwall to Spain and this was our choice of hotel (which was one of the cheapest around). Didn’t have to pay until we were at the hotel so that was a bonus! I had read the reviews before we came and I was umming and ahhhing about whether to cancel but I’m so glad I didn’t. Every staff member we came across were fantastic. I had booked a standard room but after careful consideration I had upgraded to a sea view. The view in the morning at sunrise was just spectacular, I was just blown away!!! I also had so much fun watching planes taking off and landing as you could see the airport in the distance. Hotel is a good walk from the beachfront and the hill/steps back up are a killer but we enjoyed it none the less! Shops and the metro station is close by. The metro was good (it might not be called that) if your flight got in before 11pm you could catch the train from the airport to torremolinos and then it was just a short walk to the hotel. The trains run from Malaga to Fuengirola so could venture out further if you wanted. The unlimited breakfast til 1.30 was the best bit though. If you timed it right, you could have breakfast, go out, then come back for some lunch which would save the pennies! (Or euros) All in all I would recommend this hotel and if we come back, we won’t hesitate to book this hotel again! Sorry it’s taken so long to review!

I love the concept of the hotel, they really make you feel home, from the brunch idea to providing space for takeaways and washing machine for clothes! Our stay in the hotel was amazing and very comfortable. The reception staff were very friendly and we were happy that our room was ready early so we didn’t have to wait till 3:00 to check in. The brunch buffet was very nice with many choices. The room was clean and comfortable and the balcony view was nice and relaxing. The laundry was great! I loved the idea and the fact that their washing machine didn’t need soap or softener. I really liked that they gave us free cancellation and travel insurance as well, we booked from their website directly. The only downside was the WiFi, it was a bit too slow. However, overall we loved it and we’ll definitely book again.

Stayed with my husband for 5 nights for my birthday, hotel nice bit like a premier inn, room was basic but fine could of done with a fridge to keep drinks cool, pool area was abit strange with no beds allowed around the pool, had an area to the side and abit of a terrace to sunbathe which we used a few times, you have to be quick if you need a bed as there is not many for the size of the hotel, food was OK although you struggle to find a table that is clean the staff don't rush to relay the tables we had to do it ourselves on 2 occasions, the hotel is in the perfect location right in the town centre, lots of restaurants and little bars, the walk to the beach is about 15 mins down 174 steps yes I counted them 😀 beach is lovely although quite shingle water, I would recommend but wouldn't go myself again to the area

Positives Location - a minute's walk from bus Station and 5 to 10 minutes to railway station and bars. Price - quite reasonable Brunch - served 8am to 1 pm. Good selection. But no tea is available. Rooms - quite spacious and clean Public area - very relaxed Negatives Poor sound insulation in the bedrooms Gym and swimming pool are poor.
