Staff friendly, food good, clean but the rooms are very dated and need a refurb. Dated furniture, shower head completely lime scaled, walls need decorating.

We arrived around 6pm staff were very friendly, a big notice saying if you need a kettle it’s a charge of £10 euros & a £20 deposit, which is returned to you at checkout, that worked fine. Parking cost €15 euros per night, thankfully we found parking on the road , we decided to eat in the restaurant for only one night, which came at a cost of €18 each this did not include any drinks included water, we were very disappointed. The hotel was good clean and tidy,

This might not be your typical review but in going to write it anyway, whilst on holiday here in February my husband suffered a bleed on the brain and a clot and needed intensive care and surgery and our two weeks holiday turned into nearly nine weeks, I don’t know how we would have got through without the help of all the staff at this hotel from the reception staff (who dealt with being messed about with the insurance just booking a couple of days at a time but still managed to keep us in the same room ) the staff in the restaurant Manuel, Maxin, Monica, Marusol and the rest of the team your kindness and hugs were such a strength, the cleaning ,laundry and all the back room staff we will forever be indebted to you Many thanks Diane and Tony x

Last day here. Have been for a week and will definitely come back. Staff very polite and extremely hard working. Bedroom 708. Spacious, and clean. Beds. So comfortable. Shower. Could be cleaner. Black mould on hose pipe. I cleaned myself. Not a problem. Heard no entertainment noice on this level. WiFi really not good. Not too busy. Possibly due to time of year. Temperature just perfect. I don’t think I would enjoy so much at peak season Highly recommended

The hotel is in an excellent location clos to the marina and on the shore line. Staff in restaurant are happy and pleasant. The hotel is in need of inves**ent badly, worn carpets and shoddy wall coverings. Our room 821 was dusty on arrival and the floor area containing the fridge was dirty and unhygienic! I asked for this to be cleaned but was ignored [I took photos]. The restaurant food was luke warm and repetitive, some dishes 3 times in 7 days! The food was poorly presented and lacking in care, the show cooking okay, but some fish was just offcuts that you would feed your cat! The towels in the room were course, hard to the skin and threadbare. There is a lovely roof top bar, but the corridor leading to it is a disgrace. It seems like the owners want to wring as much out of the hotel with no inves**ent. Stayed at pez estrada last year, wish I'd gone back!

Lovely hotel great location… bar… breakfast etc… but when I had my passport stolen from room no one would help.. no safe in room .. reception just shrugged shoulders . Left on my own stranded.. not nice when your a pensioner..awful end to good holiday.
