Feels like Home We loved this hotel as soon as we got there. It felt like home. Relaxed and not too formal. Friendly, personable staff were helpful, nice garden, outdoor places to sit. Comfortable bed, good size bathroom. We stayed 5 nights and had breakfast there every morning before going out exploring. We would definitely stay here again if going to Torremolinos.

Oh! The hostal itself is lovely. Very clean and very comfortable. The only reason it has 1* is I’m guessing that there is no pool, no full restaurant etc. However, the standard of the rooms and en suite bathrooms are excellent and worthy of 3*+. Comfy beds, nice toiletries and good air con. BUT the sound travel is horrendous! The noise from every other room felt like I was sleeping in a room with 10 people! We had to tell fellow guests (people in their 60s I may add to “be quiet” (read between the lines). It could do with a bit of staff intervention when people are being so inconsiderate. So, it’s a great place for an overnight stop. Good location to the airport BUT I can’t guarantee a good night’s sleep if señor & señora noisy are staying! The breakfast is well worth it at €8, and they’ll prepare it for whatever time you’d like. Good bar down the road to try Rincon de Alba. So 70% fab, 30% not so.

We booked here for 1 night as we had a very early flight home, and wanted somewhere not to far from the airport. We are a couple with an 8 year old, so picked this place as we wanted to get up as late as possible in the morning. We arrived at 3pm and was shown to our ensuite room by a lovely lady working there. The room was nothing overly fancy but it was very clean with a surprisingly comfortable bed and aircon - which is all we needed. The grounds are gorgeous with loads of nice seating areas - we saw numerous geckos which we hadn't actually seen any in Spain until that point, and our daughter loved playing on the swing hanging from the tree. We didn't eat/drink there, instead opting to pop into Torremolinos for our last evening in Spain. There is a bus stop a few minutes walk away and it was only 2 or 3 stops away from the centre. The bus stop (and supermarket) is at the bottom of a steep hill, which was a killer to walk back up. We checked out at 4am and this was as straight forward and as easy as it could be and took us about 10-15 minutes to get to the airport by pre-arranged taxi. We paid absolute peanuts to stay here and it far exceeded all our expectations. Whilst it doesn't have loads of facilities typical of a hotel, I wouldn't hesitate to stay again and use it as a base to explore more of the Torremolinos area.

What a great find cannot reccomend this place highly enough even though it is a little way out from the beach. We stayed for one night but would have liked more! The setting as you walk in is lovely and the staff were very welcoming. The room was very clean, modern, and comfortable the only thing it lacked in the main room was a mirror, but the bathroom one was adequate. There were plenty of towels and toiletries, and the shower was supplied with plenty of hot water. We were offered a continental breakfast for €8 each, which was lovely with warm rolls, coisants, both plain and chocolate, a selection of meats and cheese. Jam and olive oil on the side. The freshly squeezed orange juice was delishious. We were also offered a selection of teas or coffee. A big shout out to Tamara, who spent time with us and whose company we enjoyed while we had an afternoon coffee and then a night cap. Fabulous customer service. Thank you.

Beautiful little boutique style hostel. Lovely quirly boho style grounds, comfy seating throughout, mood lighting. Clean well equipt private room with ensuite. Facilitated late check in time, friendly welcoming staff. Perfect!

What a peaceful and tranquil setting! The rooms were exceptionally clean and the staff couldn’t do enough. The continental breakfast was excellent value as was our stay. Other amenities for food close by and a short walk to the nearest train station.

We stayed here for one night after arriving on a late flight. The room was very basic but clean and was perfect for what we wanted just for one night. It’s close to the airport and the building has a lovely garden with fruit trees. We didn’t have the breakfast so can’t comment on that but we would stay here again if needed.
