It is really difficult to find a good hotel somewhere not to far away from the highway in the vast area between Valencia and Granada/Cordoba. Luckily we came across this place and had a peaceful night in a large, traditionally furnished room. good breakfast, parking right in front and the pool was huge, but closed as it was so cold when we arrived.

The hotel is located in a beautiful location nearby Ciudad Real. The scenery is stunning, the hotel facilities are great too; exterior pool, spa, massage, a Michelin restaurant, golf, etc The problem is service at the restaurant and cafeteria during the day. The hotel seems short staffed and the service is poor and slow. We did not have the chance to have dinner at the Michelin restaurant, but the regular restaurant was average. The spa had several amenities that were on maintenance so it was not possible to enjoy it to its full potential. Overall, good place but needs improvement if it’s considered a 5 star hotel.

Es un hotelazo, estupendo para desconectar. Me ha gustado todo, habitación, instalaciones, el spa es una pasada, senderos para pasear y campo de golf. El personal super amable y profesional. Volveremos pronto.

Habitación perfecta, no falta detalle colchón y almohada geniales. También contratamos el servicio de baby sitter y nuestro niño estuvo encantando con Mercedes que es toda una profesional, mientras cenábamos en retama. Muchas gracias

dinner was excellent, rooms just great, sleeping room 23 degree was fine, bathroom no working heater, staff brought a mobile one to overcome. Staff in general very friendly. Spa was great, even we had no time to use it

Las almohadas son un saco de piedras , la cama en la que me tocó dormir parecía un tobogán , estaba de paso con mi esposa y mis dos hijas , pedí hablar con el encargado en dos oportunidades y ni caso.
