A nuestra llegada la persona de la recepción muy seria y poco amigable. El área de regadera no estaba del todo limpia. Por el contrario la persona de la recepción del turno de la mañana muy amable y amigable , así como las personas del restaurante

La limpieza general en el hotel es mala, el baño tiene olor por las coladeras mal tapadas, el piso del baño en la regadera sucio, la regadera con mala calidad y sin agua caliente, además, al tratarse de un viaje de negocios necesito una factura con validez fiscal y no la tengo... ¿Como cobran impuestos y no los trasladan en los comprobantes correspondientes?
