This place was terrific-the food was delicious, the service excellent. The facility is beautiful. If you are planning on hiking to the base of the towers, this hotel is situated at the beginning of the trek so no need to drive. While this is an expensive place, do not underestimate the value of transportation before and after your reservation. There were so many rental cars on the property but Las Torres provides all the transportation you need, certainly including any adventures while at the facility. If you look into it further you will see there may not be a need for you to rent a car! We were picked up at our hotel in El Calafate and driven 4 hours to Las Torres, no one in the van but us! And after we had checked out, driven 5 hours to Punta Arenas, no one in the van but us! Also, transportation to all options within the park all included!

We had a great time on our stay. From our first stop at the checkin desk when Gabriel brought us welcome juice to all of the help he provided from the guest services desk - very knowledgeable. That first day we had dinner and Martin was our main server - equally amazing service. We needed that cheerful smile after our long day of travel to the site. Martin continued to be a highlight of our meals and Gabriel was always there to help. We really enjoyed the horseback riding too. As far as nature, it goes without saying. You can't beat the landscape. We drop to Lago Grey. Glad we didn't choose that as the hotel. :)

The hotel staff in every aspect of the hotel, including the front desk, restaurants, bar, excursions, go above and beyond in the effort to meet the guests needs and expectations. I did not book full inclusion and was able to book the one excursion I wanted a few days before, but I was not there at the height of the season. Even so, the hotel was always full. Tours and groups fill the hotel every night that it is open. If you think you want to use the excursion services, you should book in advance to ensure availability. The weather can cause cancellation of some excursions, but the staff makes every effort to accommodate you if you have booked in advance. Thoroughly enjoyed the restaurants, bar and excursion room with the big fireplace. My only suggestion is for the restaurant to have to change of menu every few days. Loved this hotel and staff was exceptional in every regard.

Probably one of the best boutique hotels in South America. Winery based hotel in an old mansion with an incredible park and grounds. We were very, very pleasantly surprised. If we ever come to Chilie again it will be because of this hotel.

I just came from a most wonderful hike with Benjamin. I’m 67 years old and in reasonable health, but this hike was tough and Benjamin was pure professional and helped me every step of the way to the top at The Base at The towers (my ultimate trip goal). Benjamín is an 11 on a scale of 1 to 10.

Rustic hotel in the most incredible setting. One of the most beautiful places I ever ever visited. The rustic theme of the hotel works perfectly to for the location. The rooms are however a little tired. The guides and the excursions are amazing. I specifically want to mention our Filipe who led 2 of our excursions - he was fantastic. Lovely bar in the hotel that serves great cocktails with liquor brewed by the barman. Local beer brew also excellent. Lunches in the bar are very nice. Dinner and breakfast in the main restaurant were decent although quality not always entirely consistent. I would definitely recommend this hotel for its location and excursions. In the end that’s what it’s all about as one actually tends to spend very little time in the room anyway.

Feb 2024 stay - 3 days total (split stay, 2 different rooms) $1000/day included Bkf, boxed lunch, Din. Wonderful stay. Description as promised. Not 5 star (regarding rooms) but tries to be, which is okay because you are there for a hiking/outdoor experience, not a glamourous pampering like at a Ritz in downtown London. Small mistakes here and there, but staff always worked to resolve in my favor. Purchased horseback riding (twice) - great time, but horses so well trained; if been on horse once before, then consider yourself an expert. Dinners were extremely good. All staff every accommodating. In 3 days, no problems unresolved. Only negative would be King beds are really 2 double beds pushed together. Stayed 1 night at Hotel Lago Gray (for convenience to Cat) and this place much better.

A beautiful hotel in an amazing location. Friendly staff, wonderful food, fabulous cocktails, and a terrific Spa. Big thank you to Martin in the bar and the efficient Max at reception for looking after us, and the lovely ladies at the Spa for the relaxation.
