Água da piscina muito fria para a temperatura ambiente. Dizem que aceitam pets, mas, cobram diária e são cheios de regras, tipo: pet não pode ficar sozinho no quarto, não pode ficar junto no restaurante, não pode entrar no elevador se não estiver no colo, etc...
É mais fácil dizer que não aceitam pets...

Apesar da ótima localização afastada do centro, o que gera uma certa tranquilidade / silêncio, os quartos com cheiro de mofo, com móveis velhos, etc.! Pior: Apenas uma pessoa no check-in que, tadinha, apesar de toda simpatia tinha que se virar em 10 para atender... Desistimos do check-in e ficamos em outro Hotel!

relacion calidad/precio esta bien. pero esta en falta de manutencion total. los colchones viejisimos (20 años!!!), rotos. la comida del restaurante no es buena... te la sirven como si no tuvieran ganas de cocinar... fui solo por una noche, para luego seguir viaje... pero no lo recomiendo

Estadia tranquila, quarto confortável. O banheiro tinha um buraco no teto que caia água do apartamento de cima, não pude tomar banho no meu quarto. Café da manhã gostoso e funcionário muito educado. O jantar é deplorável, comidas frias, sem tempero, sabor desagradável e atendimento ruim, além dos valores não condizerem com a qualidade oferecida.

Os quartos apresentam estado de conservação ruim. A comida oferecida no jantar deixa muito a desejar, além de ser bem cara pelo que é oferecido. Atenção no fechamento da conta, tive a cobrança de vários itens não consumidos. O café da manhã é bom.

Un hotel maravilloso con personal super amable. Llegamos cansados del viaje y solo paramos una noche camino a RIo. Utilizamos la piscina climatizada que nos ayudo a relajarnos- Aparte cuenta con gym, sauna, mesa de pool, metegol. Lamentamos no haber podido utilizar las piscinas exteriores ya que llovia y estaba fresco. Por la mañana nuevamente sorprendidos, un desayuno riquisimo y abundante. Nos quedamos contentisimos con muchas ganas de volver.

Nos hospedamos final de novembro em familia, o local oferece uma boa infraestrutura, com piscinas interna (aquecida) e externa, sauna úmida e seca, sala jogos, quartos confortáveis, banho razoável, camas boas e um atendimento incrível destacando a Mikaeli da recepção que nos atendeu muito bem! E o sr Antonio do café da manhã que foi muito solicito ao esquentar o leite sem lactose da minha sogra pois viu que a sua colega havia servido o leite frio... Café da manhã é simples porém tudo que é oferido tem uma boa qualidade! O hotel tem um espaço para churrasco, que conta com microondas e uma Jarra elétrica para utilização dos hóspedes O hotel fica bem próximo da praia da guarita e da praia do cal
