Manobrista não te auxiliam durante a hospedagem,o próprio hóspede que precisa retirar e guardar o seu veículo.

Hotel em decadência total, com estacionamento mas o cliente tem que pagar pelo estacionamento, quarto com mofo, móveis deteriorados, colchão todo torto, lençóis manchados, o vaso sanitário estava entupido e tive que desentupir, a pia do lavado se não esperar esvaziar transborda, elevadores insuficientes para tantos hóspedes, o café da manhã era bom.....mas o ambiente do café seguia linha de todo o prédio.... decadência. Resumindo não recomendo para ninguém o hotel, nem para uma noite. A na recepção o rapaz que nos atendeu estava de acordo com o hotel..... péssimo.

O hotel é bom, as acomodações são boas, o café da manhã é ótimo, porém para o tamanho do hotel, seria necessário mais funcionários para dar um melhor suporte aos hóspedes. No que se refere aos serviços prestados do hotel, como serviço de quarto, acesso ao elevador, e o local em devido da instalação do ar condicionado, fazia com que a sacada alagasse, e não pudemos usufruir da bela vista que tínhamos no quarto.
