Having a voucher that was offered to me, I booked 1 night with breakfast at the Hotel Torres Novas. In the room, I was unable to turn on the air conditioning, so I went to the lady at reception and reported the situation. The answer you gave me left me incredulous. There was no air conditioning in this room as it was out of order and so they had left a small heater. When requesting another room, the lady argued not to do so because it was a booking with a Voucher, that they had even taken care to leave a small heater (!) and that, for this type of booking with a voucher, the room should even be the smallest !.

Big room for one person, yes, but without windows or balcony it ends up making the room small and the bathroom smells like sewage that can only be tolerated with the door closed. Ac is very weak for the room, there is no minibar, I ended up being discouraged by the room
