Quiet, great location, clean, centrally located for 2-3 days of nearby historical sites and hiking. There is NO coffee except for what is provided in the room. There is NO breakfast. There's a lovely fireplace and place to sit at the front check in area; the great staff will light a fire for you if you would like to sit there and play cards.

Hotel is located about 7 miles from Capital Reef NP and 2-3 miles from Torrey, Utah. There is a gas station and Mexican restaurant (great food) located just across the parking lot from the hotel, adding to the convenience of the location. Check in went smoothly with friendly staff. Room was clean and functional. Rates were reasonable for the location and time period. I have stayed here before and will do so again.
