You will be personally greeted by the owner when you arrive and for breakfast every morning. Good breakfast and hotel standard. Located close to the center and the beach. Can warmly recommend this hotel and would choose to return myself.

Despite the favorable proximity to the historic center of Torri de Benaco, just a few minutes walk, the structure offers basic services. We stayed a couple of nights with our two and a half year old child, standard room and without a cot which we had to ask for despite booking, rather narrow bathroom, but useful and spacious external terrace. However, the welcome from the managers was not the best (the owner and the girl at the reception were a little nervous and not very nice in general). We risked spending a sleepless night because our neighbor had left the TV volume turned up all night... no contact details for the manager. I would recommend a little more "courtesy" towards the customer.

As always, we were warmly welcomed by the two brothers. We got a nice and spacious room with a lake view in the new building. The breakfast is simple (orders of sausage and cheese are brought to the table) but good and plentiful. Only the parking situation in the small courtyard is a bit difficult. There are almost never enough spaces for all the cars. To ensure that everyone gets a parking space in the evening, some of the cars have to be maneuvered.

Un mini appartamento con uno spazio aperto esclusivo, a due passi dal centro storico, raggiungibile a piedi in pochi minuti. Pulizia impeccabile, servizi eccellenti a cominciare dalla colazione davvero per tutti i gusti e le necessità. Gestore e staff cordiali, gentili e disponibili per ogni richiesta. Disponibile il parcheggio privato all'aperto ma anche un garage interrato in cui abbiamo parcheggiato l'auto, mentre le nostre bici le abbiamo sistemate a portata di mano nel giardino ad uso esclusivo dell'appartamento. Tutto perfetto.

very clean house, very friendly service, very good breakfast - what else could you wish for at an acceptable price on the stopover to Tuscany or Umbria. The location is quiet, but still a few minutes' walk from the harbor and the city center.
