The number one hotel in the area, the breakfast is not delicious. The service is pretty good.

It's truly a treasure hotel. As soon as we entered the lobby, we were given bread, hot tea and hot towels, and the smiles were very friendly. The hotel is beautiful both indoors and outdoors, especially the flowers in the courtyard, which look like they have been carefully maintained. It's a pity that I only stayed here for one day and didn't have time to wander around. It is very convenient that the restaurant is open all day, and breakfast and afternoon tea are all outdoors, which is very pleasant. I also booked a sunrise breakfast, where I could sit down and drink hot tea while watching the sunrise. The staff were very patient and friendly. There was really nothing I was dissatisfied with. The only thing that needs to be noted is that it is wrong that the hotel is 1.5 hours from the airport. It usually takes 2.5 hours. Please pay attention to the time arrangement.

The environment really meets all the expectations for a mountaintop resort hotel. It is very beautiful! The service is also very good except for the transportation problem. After entering, I want to take a taxi and I can't get one myself. If I want to call through the hotel, I have to wait two hours for the taxi to come from Malang. When I inquired about the hotel the day before, I didn't know. We are informed that the hotel cannot be delivered to Bromo Village nearby. You can only call a jeep. You have to pay 800K for the fare and 200K/person for the village entrance fee to enter the village; so if you want to go to this hotel, you must either prepare your own car or make an appointment with the hotel in advance. They help call a taxi (750K), or if you ask a jeep to go out in the morning, you can go directly to Murakami and take a ride without coming back; Another point that makes the experience less pleasant is that at the beginning, when negotiating with the front desk staff, they said that there is only one public minibus a day at 7 o'clock. I already missed it. Later, the manager came down and said that I could pick up others at the hotel at 1:00 pm, but I had already checked out and didn’t want to wait for 3-4 hours, so after negotiating for a long time, they agreed to pay 750K to use the hotel. The car took me to the airport; anyway, I would like to remind everyone that if you choose this hotel, you must prepare the transportation for departure in advance.

I am very satisfied. The hotel staff are very friendly. I left my wallet in my luggage and the waiter took me to find it in my room. When I went to Mount Bromo at 2 o'clock the next day, I felt like I was stepping on the incense. I like this hotel very much, very good. I almost forgot, the food in the hotel is delicious.

The house has a sense of history and the facilities are a bit old. Overall, the first night's experience was very good. Maybe it was because I arrived very late, it was like seeing a castle in a dream. And got up to see the volcano without sleeping for a few hours. There are Muslim chanters outside at night, which I personally like, and it adds to the overall atmosphere of the building. However, I made a temporary reservation on the second night and changed to a more expensive standard deluxe room. This night was very bad. First of all, the room is large and the roof is very high, which means the temperature is very low. The quilt is very thin and there is no air conditioning. The blanket is small and pitiful. And facing the street, the sound of motorcycles on the mountain road outside (local residents use motorcycles as their main means of transportation) can be heard one after another one night. The second thing I want to complain about is their buffet breakfast. It is the worst breakfast I have ever eaten in a hotel where the room rate is 2,000 yuan a night. And the flies keep coming, I don’t know why they don’t take measures. It is not recommended to go to their SPA. I had a temporary change of schedule and had half a day to spare. Also, because I had to drive late at night the day before, I went out to climb a volcano at 2 a.m. My body couldn't bear it anymore, so I made an appointment at the SPA. The word cold, from beginning to end, cold has been running through my feelings. The press is very average. It is estimated that the store owner did not expect this spa to become the main decoration. As a result, I stepped in😅 But I have to say, the scenery is beautiful. Those who love to see the scenery and ignore the temperature can experience it. (Photos will be posted later)

The hotel is very beautiful, the most luxurious in the Bromo area, and probably the most luxurious hotel in Surabaya. The only bug was that someone was getting married in the village opposite the mountain, and the loud music was played at 12 o'clock in the evening. I basically didn't sleep, and then I went to climb the volcano. It’s best not to stay here on weekends or holidays, because the wedding village plays music all night long.
