The free breakfast was plentiful and delicious. The room was neat and clean, which helped us avoid the expensive accommodations in Fukuoka. The front desk service was excellent and very helpful with directions. The room facilities were complete, and the bathroom was clean with no strange odors.

This hotel is conveniently located near the station. Just cross the street from the station to the Family Mart or Lawson, then turn left a bit and you're there. It takes about 30 minutes to an hour to get to Fukuoka, depending on the train. It's not crowded, and I usually returned late at night. Most guests seem to be business travelers, not drunkards, so it felt quite safe. There are many restaurants nearby, but I didn't get to try any since I was out all day. The hotel provides discount coupons to help boost the local economy, so if you have time, you could try some local flavors. The hotel's cleanliness was decent, and although the facilities were a bit old, they were clean enough. However, be aware that there might be very poisonous insects or mosquitoes. The room was small, just enough space for one person to open their luggage. The air conditioning needed to be set quite high. It seems to be designed for business travelers, and considering there was a concert in Fukuoka on the weekend, the price was still reasonable, which was acceptable. They helped me receive a package, which was great. The self-service breakfast was just okay, not really worth eating. There's a bakery right next to the station. The best part is on the fourth and eighth floors, where there's a small room. It has vending machines selling water and instant noodles, an ice machine dispensing ice water, a microwave, and I think a coffee machine? And, most importantly, a hot water dispenser! It's incredibly convenient to get hot water anytime! In Japan, where almost everywhere offers only ice water and even room temperature water is rare, not having hot water is almost like being dehydrated for me. But this place has a hot water dispenser (at least none of the previous Japanese hotels I stayed at did). I filled a bottle before heading out; although heavy, at least I could drink it!

This hotel hosts many traveling workers. Rooms was small but clean. Location close to the train station. Frespo mall is a 5 minutes walk away. Free parking if you’re driving. Room comes with breakfast so that was good. Breakfast is local cuisine, which explains why local workers stay here. Receptionists were very helpful and spoke some English. All in all, I am a satisfied customer.

We chose to stay here because hotels in Fukuoka were very expensive, and since we had the JR Pass, this location right beside the Tosu station was super convenient. The room was very clean, and the facilities were great — especially the included breakfast! It was a wonderful chance to try local Japanese dishes, and I really enjoyed it. The breakfast starts as early as 6:30am, which was very thoughtful — I still remember rushing to catch the 6:50am train to Fukuoka after eating, and I even had 5 minutes to spare, haha! Staff were friendly and helpful, though English communication was a bit more limited — probably because it’s not a major station area. Still, everyone had a great attitude and tried their best. Overall, a very satisfying stay!

It feels like a cozy room that has preserved the original facilities of the old hotel. The hotel is located right near Tosu Station, and there is a shopping mall about 5 minutes away, making it a great place to buy charming souvenirs. The cleanliness of the room was excellent, and the large, open window creates a pleasant environment. Just looking out at the scenery of Tosu is a healing experience. Also, the front desk staff were very kind and warm. I really loved the bright greeting from the staff who processed my check-in. Breakfast was provided, and thanks to the diverse menu, I was able to start my day on a satisfying note. I actually ended up leaving a thank you message for the cozy and warm hospitality.

The transportation is very convenient, and the breakfast is okay. I stayed there twice. The facilities are indeed quite old, and the rooms are quite small. Two 24-inch beds spread out are difficult to fit, but for the price, it's a good deal. It's non-smoking and relatively clean. The service is also good, and email responses are prompt. The fish restaurant next door is also good and highly recommended!

The hotel has a great location, just a 3-minute walk from Tosu Station, making it very convenient to get to Fukuoka. There are plenty of restaurants nearby, and a small shopping mall too. Although the hotel is a bit old, it's very clean, and the service is excellent. I would definitely stay here again.

Excellent hotel, close to Tosu station. Everything you need in the room, a large bed, a kettle, a toothbrush, towels. Breakfast is excellent, I am happy with everything! I will come back!
