Hôtel récent chaleureux cocooning avec les fins de travaux en cOurs mais personnel aux petits soins . Emplacement idéalement bien situé près de la gare 15 min du port 5 min du centre bus à proximité . Une bonne ouverture à l établissement et une belle continuation

On rentre dans la chambre odeur d’égout qui empeste, irrespirable ! l’état des dortoirs n’en parlons même pas, on se croirai dans une porcherie, trace douteuse sur les couettes(sont-elles bien lavées?), présence massive de poils (poils humains nous nous le demandons)dans le lit, dans les draps, partout pour faire simple, la salle de bain qui dégage une odeur nauséabonde, sol sale. Pas de poubelle dans les dortoirs. Si on doit parler des sanitaires collectifs c’est encore pire, des taches de sang apparente sur le lavabo et des cheveux disposés un peu partout depuis quand ? Telle est la question. Des toilettes très sales diarrhée apparente, plus vraiment choquant à ce stade En clair fuyez si vous pouvez, sinon prenez vos draps et un swiffer pour la poussière pour votre sécurité c’est indispensable!

Je recommande, chambres propres, endroit calme, même si c’est à côté de la gare, disponibilité de la part de l’accueil. Très bon accueil, et nous remercions tout particulièrement le responsable du Rooftop pour sa gentillesse et sa bonne humeur!

Upon arrival at the accommodation, I was unexpectedly requested to provide a €150 credit card guarantee, for which I had not been adequately informed prior to my arrival. The room was littered with debris, hair, and even nails on the floor, indicating a severe lack of cleanliness. Upon immediately notifying the receptionist, they acknowledged the issue and attempted to rectify it by providing basic cleaning supplies. However, given the unacceptable state of the room, I requested either a cancellation of my reservation or an alternative room. The hotel staff relocated me to another room, yet upon inspection, it became evident that this room lacked basic amenities such as towels.

L’établissement très récent se situe sur les hauteurs derrière la gare . L’appartement loué était constitué de 2 chambres très bien équipées , spacieuses ( ce qui est un luxe aujourd’hui ) et insonorisées . Un rooftop est à disposition au 6ème étage . Un parking situé à proximité ( 150m ) Des tarifs extrêmement compétitifs 👍 Ce descriptif élogieux ne serait vraiment complet sans évoquer l’accueil de tous les membres du personnel : souriant , chaleureux, professionnel. Un big-up à la responsable qui a su faire face à un problème avec beaucoup d’empathie 😉 Je recommande à 100%

Des gens adorables, un accueil d'exception, de la réception au petit déjeuner. Le lieu est neuf, la déco est soignée, la chambre est bien équipée et spacieuse, un bureau confortable pour travailler, la terrasse est un plus et le prix du parking à disposition est raisonnable. Je recommande et je reviendrais ! Merci à tous.

Une solution d'hébergement incroyable pour la qualité des prestation et du prix. Les différents veilleurs de nuit sont juste géniaux et vraiment serviable. Mention spécial pour Sonia et Samia de l'équipe du ménage et toutes les autres qui font un travail exceptionel. Je suis habitué des hôtels et j'ai rarement vu un niveau de propreté à part dans les 4 étoiles. Ce concept mérite d'être développé dans toutes la France ! Bravo !!!

À fuir. Nous avons loué un appartement de 2 chambres car nous étions 4. Nous nous sommes retrouvé avec une table avec seulement 2 chaises. Nous avons dû manger soit debout, soit à tour de rôle. Nous n’avions pas le bon nombre de serviette. Après en avoir réclamé une en plus, elle ne nous a jamais été apporté faisant donc une serviette pour 2. La télé ne fonctionnait pas. L’écran restait noir et on m’a dit qu’ils ne pouvaient rien y faire car c’était le week end. Le lave vaisselle ne marchait pas non plus, obligée de tout faire à la main. Personne n’est venu faire notre chambre pendant la durée du séjour. À part nous dire « ah oui c’est pas normal » aucun geste n’a été fait. Je ne recommande en aucun cas ce lieu si vous êtes plus de 2, pour un appartement. À moins de vouloir manger debout devant l’évier.

This is by by far one of the worst customer services hotel experiences I've had, we arrived at 11 pm and it was only at midnight when they were able to deliver us a room. The room was undone, the toilet wasn't clean, no batteries on the TV's remote, and nothing to clean the dishes with (they are supposed to provide this, since we were renting a studio). Since it was so late and many people was waiting for their room keys still after checkin-in over one hour, we decided to stay there on this "undone-unclean" bedroom. They provided us with sheets that night and the next day and even the day after I requested multiple times to get the kitchen cleaning kit (we were staying at a studio) and they would only mimic that they would bring it during the day and nothing ever happened. We never got toilet paper either, they were able to provide the batteries but their TV doesn't connect to their wifi, so it's like not having one. Needless to say that there was never any room service, they never came to clean, and the people who will come after our stay will eat on dishes that were cleaned with water only - I am sure that nobody from their staff will come take care of it. They require a 150 EUR guarantee fee in case of damages, including if we leave the dishes dirty ... so you can understand my frustration. I am still shocked of the poor quality of services, their staff is full of excuses but not of solutions, which I can only imagine comes from poor management. This hotel was oversold and you could see that it was also understaffed. Unfortunately we booked for 3 nights, and I can say that nothing was done to create a better experience or provide the If I can provide any advice is RUN AWAY, there are many hotels with similar services on that same area, and it is not worth the bad experience.
