The hotel room was clean and big as it's a studio with small kitchenette and fridge the hotel is very close to meti station

The location of the hotel is not close to the train station, and it is located in between two subway stations. We took the subway from the train station and then walked to the hotel from the subway station. The room was a good size, with a small fridge, microwave, and kitchenware (pots, pans etc.) to cook a light meal. We requested at quiet room, and got a room at the end of a long hallway. It was quiet. The most interesting thing is that there is this "reminder" in our room, telling us that we had to empty our own garbage before check-out, and if we don't, we will be billed at the "current rates" but nobody told us what is the "current rates". Also, the same reminder states that if we break anything, or don't wash our own dishes and put them back at the exact spot where we found them, we will be billed at the current rates. We emptied the garbage, took the recycling downstairs, washed and dried all dishes, and put them back at the exact spot where we got them before we checked-out.

The hotel location is not very close to the tourists spots. There are many restaurants nearby but it is a little bit dangerous when it is late. Hotel staff are very friendly there. Nice one.

I didn't enjoy the food, but everything else was excellent: a well-equipped kitchen, very comfortable bedding, a large and pleasant room, and impeccable cleanliness. I didn't sleep on the street side, so there was no noise. I wouldn't hesitate to come back.

Unfortunately, the road was under construction, making parking and even walking difficult due to the metal plates, despite my disability card. In the room, the microwave in grill mode smelled burnt and smoky, even though the dish was suitable. The hairdryer switched off after 3 minutes of use and couldn't be turned back on for another 4 minutes. There was mold on the shower grout. Thick clumps of dust covered the old wall sconces by the windows.
The window frames were very dirty. On the other hand, the welcome was very good. One advantage you might not mention is that they don't necessarily have coffee makers, as I had a Krups.

The location is very good. It is an 8-minute walk from the subway station and two stops to the city hall. There are shops and pharmacies nearby.
There is a refrigerator, induction cooker, stove, cups and bowls, and dish soap.
