Great stay! Felt very welcomed by the staff who were happy to assist me with the local restaurant recommendations etc for my time in Toulouse. Hotel is in an excellent location, spacious room, beautiful bathroom products and well equipped coffee & tea station. Breakfast was delightful with a wonderful array of options. I would definitely stay here again for future Toulouse visits! Highly recommend.

Brand new property (while still retaining the charm of a beautiful historic building) right in the city center. Spotlessly clean and the staff are fantastic. Excellent value for money.

The hotel's location is superb, right on the central square with the Town Hall nearby. There's a public underground parking lot beneath the square, and plenty of dining and entertainment options in the vicinity. Most major attractions are within walking distance. The room facilities are complete, clean, and comfortable, with ample space and a nice view. The breakfast is exquisite and delicious, definitely recommended.

Although I only stayed for one night, this hotel offers great value for money. The location is excellent, right next to City Hall Square and close to the subway station. The breakfast spread, while not massive, is quite varied for a hotel of this size.

Brilliant stay at Le Grand Balcon - only reason I knocked it down to 4* (and in reality it was more 4.8) was the state of the carpet in the room. Looked like it has been piecemealed together, had what looked like blood near the bed, and needed another hoover. Other than that, facilities were excellent, staff were super friendly and it’s in SUCH a good location. Carpet wouldn’t stop me staying there again, that’s for sure!
