Un hôtel très bien placé avec une belle décoration mais le prix est trop élevé pour les prestations proposées. Nous étions dans une chambre sous les toits qui était franchement très mansardée (du coup bien moins grande que les 43m2 annoncés). les toutes petites fenêtres au ras du sol et un minuscule velux donnaient presque une impression clostrophobe. La vue annoncée sur la ville existe mais seulement si vous êtes couchés à plat ventre sur le sol. Étonnant pour ce prix : même pas de bouilloire ni cafetière dans la chambre. Dans la salle de bain, il manque une étagère ou autre pour poser les affaires de toilette. La chambre manque de luminaire. La réception au rdc est très sombre et austère. L’accès à l’ascenseur se fait à côté de la où sont stockés les draps, serviettes. Dommage car l’hôtel a un joli potentiel mais le rapport qualité prix n’est pas la.

In the heart of the Saint-Joseph and Hermitage Wine regions, this is a little gem of a hotel. Ideally situated for exploring this wonderful region of France. Very friendly staff, comfortable and modern rooms in a lovely old building in the centre of the town. Very good breakfast. All in all, everything was excellent. We shall return

A fuir! Punaises de lit. De passage une nuit le 29 septembre 2023 dans cet hôtel, nous avons été piqués par des punaises de lit. Nous en avons prévenu l'hôtel qui ne nous a jamais répondu. Seul le petit déjeuner était agréable.

Surprisingly enchanting. Hidden behind a discrete façade, in an historic building, the hotel welcomes us carefully in a warm ambience, nice service, clean and comfortable room. Good breakfast, with plenty type of local cheeses. Would love to return for more days.

Disappointing, It's not a four Star hotel more an upmarket Bed and Breakfast, has no restaurant and the service is limited.

We read the reviews of this hotel before coming and didn’t quite know what to expect. Having now stayed we can’t believe the negative reviews. This hotel is stunning and couldnt be further from a ‘warehouse’. The staff are amazing and the breakfast was great. Tournon Sur Rhone is also beautiful.

We have booked the hotel by call. The condition was a parking. After arrival in tiny street we have realised we have to park somewhere away. We didn’t feel safe on the location. There was no able for us to stay there because of parking. We discussed with reception and manager to avoid any fee but they already charged us. The manager was not even nice, there was an arrogance. So because of the parking we were not able to stay and still we had to partly pay our stay. We asked as well to book a chosen restaurant. They recommend us a vegetarian and they booked for us. But when we were leaving the town this “our” restaurant was closed. I would not definitely recommend this accomodation.
