Good location. Very convenient if you need to take a train.

It was very convenient and perfect for roaming the city.

If you are traveling by bicycle, this is the place to go. Secure and covered bike parking in the back yard. Central location right next to the train station yet quiet at night. Amenities are awesome, with pool and laundry facilities. We had a full kitchen it the room. Highly recommended.

Close to train station, restaurants and cinema, spacious room, good welcome, nice decor, well-equipped gym, thank you for the good stay, it's a shame we didn't get to use the pool because of the construction.

I thought it was pretty good. Aside from the lack of air conditioning and a hairdryer, which was a little inconvenient, everything else was satisfactory. The location is excellent; there's a small entrance next to Tours train station, just a short walk across the street and around the corner to reach the hotel. It's incredibly close to the train station; the next morning, it was only five minutes from my room to the platform. Not only is it convenient to get to the train station, but it's also a 20-minute walk to Tours Cathedral and the riverbank. There's also a light rail station downstairs. The front desk staff were very welcoming, greeting me every time I entered or left. The room was large and spacious. It even had an iron, vacuum cleaner, and the kitchen was fully equipped with a microwave, oven, refrigerator, and cookware. The bathroom was also very large. The only drawbacks were the lack of air conditioning, but thankfully Tours wasn't hot during my stay, and it was cool enough with the window open. There was also no hairdryer, but thankfully my hair is short and dried quickly.

I liked the room; it had a kitchen, which was perfect for family trips. There was a bus stop right outside the hotel, which was very convenient. The apartment was opposite the train station, with frequent train services to the castle. There was also a supermarket downstairs, making life very convenient.

Quick and efficient for walking around Tours city centre, small shop nearby, quiet at night, a good night's sleep, a shame to have to leave before 11am.

The hotel has a great location, right next to the train station. The room has a microwave, induction cooker, refrigerator, electric kettle, and ironing board, and there's an elevator. Unfortunately, it's not 24-hour customer service. The front desk is supposed to open at 6:15 am on Monday, but no one was there, so we couldn't check out or store our luggage, which was very frustrating. We stayed two nights, and the room wasn't cleaned during that time.

Very well located, right outside the station, and very well insulated, you can't hear the trains at all.

No shower soap, difficult to get, no dishwashing liquid, no hand soap either
