Central Kensington Apartments

The position of this apartment was great. Very close to town and the stadium. That’s where it ended unfortunately. While the apartment could be brought up to standard without much cost it definitely needs to have maintenance done and a good clean. The carpet was stained, the coffee and dining table tops were all bubbled and the quilt they had in the cupboard to put on the bed was filthy. The fan in the bedroom couldn’t be turned on as it only worked in one speed and was extremely noisy. I contacted Trip who did their best to contact the property and was told the property itself would be in contact to remedy the situation. I was sent an email the next day from the property telling me I should have contacted them directly ( they were closed) to which I replied with photos and didn’t hear another work from them. This was not a budget booking and although I’m not precious when it comes to where I stay I do expect it to be clean. Very disappointing.

These apartments are very big and spacious but are very tired, maintenance looks none existent and it needed a clean up, clothes dryer not working, washing machine full of previous guest clothes and towels, air conditioner not cooling the rooms. Very close to the Cowboys stadium however that’s all it has going for it.

The location was great . The bed was the worst bed I have ever slept on avoid level 2 room 8 . It was as hard as a rock , perhaps reception could have mattress toppers on hand should you need it which would have made all the difference from a good stay to a great stay .

Excellent hotel to stay ! Very clean, spacious apartments with a dishwasher, washing /drier , comfortable beds and secure parking . Freindly management , accommodated my very mast minute booing request! Will stay again and highly recommend this hotel for the travellers! Thank you

Neglected rooms, curtains falling apart, cobwebs all over ironing board. Needs a refurb from what it used to be

The room wasn’t very clean. The carpet was stained and the wall was dirty. These things could easily be rectified. The door handles were worn. The size of the apartment was good and we enjoyed having two bathrooms for two bedrooms.

The smoke alarm was hanging from the ceiling. The glass doors had writing and obscene drawings on them. Unsightly, worrisome marks around the toilet paper holder.

Freindly management , easy check in , clean , spacious and secure complex , excellent parking on the premises. Highly recommend it to all travellers! Thank you

Great location and amenities. Room looked as though it had water leaks at some point. Carpet stained in patches and smelt musky. Everything else was very good and well appointed.
