Upon checkin Hannah was super, really outgoing and upgraded me since my husband was a reward member. The room was pretty dated, wallpaper needed refresh. The cable did not work the morning after I stayed the 1st and only night, I think it was out throughout the hotel. I think they were working on it but was not on several hours later. Health club had a lot of treadmills, bikes which was nice, pretty small though.

The room was fairly clean and the facility was nice. However, I was charged $15 a day for garage parking and I did not even park a car there. Talked to Ian at the front desk at check out who promised me that the charges would be removed, but it was not and now have to dispute the stay with the credit card company. The staff is not responsive and no manager was available to talk to. Don’t stay at this hotel. They will charge you for items not used.
