Second time staying here and got a different style room: thankfully this one didn’t have a weird scent, but I did miss the warm lighting on top of the bed frame that the last one had :( The rooms use bright white LEDs… which is fine! Just not the preference for my eyeballs.
The TV in this room actually worked correctly though!
Warm buffet breakfast is nice!
Staff was friendly as well!

We had a great experience at this hotel. Service was fast and efficient. Hotel was clean. Room was comfortable and inexpensive. We were there to tour Loyola University and the hotel was well located for this trip. Restaurants were close by. The full breakfast was a plus.

Their words are louder than their actions. Posters in elevators say tell us at any time how to make your stay 10/10. So my first night I told them the temperature in the fitness room was too high and warmer than the hallway leading to it, and the bike was limited to 12 min before you have to start it all over again. Desk clerk said she would have both resolved the next morning, but the next evening nothing had changed. TV's are not high def, so about 20 years behind the times there. Otherwise reasonably good.
