Yoshikawa, a mandarin speaking staff who took care of us at the private dining room was immaculate with her service! We enjoyed our meal and felt very at home with her communicating with us and introducing all the dishes and taught us some Japanese cultures and we had great conversation All mandarin speaking guests should come look for her ! She is a gem to this hotel!

It was a room with an open-air bath. There were plenty of bath towels and face towels in the room, so I was able to use them without worrying. The open-air bath in the room was very pleasant. I'm not interested in hot springs, but I went there twice. It seems like it's good for the skin. The room was flat and comfortable. I wish they would put a little more effort into the food... The fried figs were unusual and delicious. but. The roast beef was tough, and the lamb meat was to die for. Steamed conger eel sushi, the quantitative balance of conger eel and vinegared rice is amazing! It becomes. It's late, but overall I thought it was a good hotel. I'm sorry for saying so much.
