Stayed one night before alpine route. Toilet compact but sufficient. Room pretty decent sized, but only brought backpacks instead of luggage, so can’t comment for sure. Near to train station and easy base for alpine route. Had to wait super long for elevator due to congestion, staff eventually helped with staff elevator.

One room had a noise issue from the air con. But changed to another room so we can sleep. Also allowed us to leave our luggages till the following day, when we need to leave Toyama to go to the Tateyama Kurobe Alpine Route. Very good service and the staff are courteous. Also both rooms are spacious and clean.

Very close to the JR station and there is many restaurants. There is bathtub in the room as well.highly recommended to travellers who will go to different places around the city.

Nice hotel with great location, various restaurants where you can enjoy Japanese cuisine, warm and helpful staff, worth staying for a trip😄

Fantastic location as it’s just around 5mins walk from Toyama Station. You don’t have to worry about the food as you will be spoilt by the choices of food around the hotel. Service staff are nice and helpful. Will definitely stay here again when I return to Toyama.

The location is incomparably convenient, just opposite Toyama Station. The room is very clean and the room is big enough for two people to stay without feeling crowded. However, the decoration is a bit old, but there are no other problems.

The location is good, just opposite the JR station, very convenient. There is Salia upstairs in the next building. Japanese Salia is so delicious! You can see the Tateyama Mountain Range on the opposite side!

The location of the hotel is very good, next to Toyama Station, shopping and dining are very convenient. The hotel itself does not have a parking lot. You have to park your car in a nearby joint parking lot, which will be more inconvenient when it rains. The front desk staff is friendly, but their English skills are average and communication is difficult.

The smell of smoke in the corridor is very strong and very uncomfortable. I will definitely not stay here again.

The hotel is located in front of the station with convenient transportation. There are also many delicious foods in front of the station on rainy nights.

Directly opposite JR Toyama Station, there are many restaurants downstairs and behind the hotel. Quite convenient. The hotel rooms are also larger than other single rooms in Japan. It’s still pretty good, a strong Amway trip to Toyama.
