割と新しいホテルの様ですが、部屋、風呂場の清掃がもう少し手を入れて下さればと思いました。部屋備え付けのゴミ箱をベッド横に移動すると壁が汚れたままで、使い捨ての体洗いタオルで石鹸付けて擦るだけでまあまあキレイになりました。部屋の床絨毯の端っこは埃が溜まっているので月1回でもコーナー用アタッチメント付けた掃除機で吸引するだけでもキレイに維持出来るかと思います。ベッド壁際の下も埃溜まってたので月1回ベッドを手前に移動して掃除したら良いのかな？とか、風呂場の水垢も少し擦りましたが無理でした。毎日満室？で大変と思われますが、折角の新しい建物なのでキレイに維持して頂けたらた思います。言うのは簡単で申し訳無いですが勿体無いので検討お願い致します。頑張って下さい。朝ご飯美味しかったです。m(_ _)m

朝食の日替わりメニューがとても素晴らしく、ルートインならではのクロワッサンが、とても美味しかったです。
部屋も綺麗に清掃されており、落ち着いて過ごすことが出来ました。残念なのは、自動販売機の商品の誤りがありました。せめて、貼り紙だけでもして頂けたら、他のお客様も困っておられました。ランドリーの話で、洗い物が終了してるのにも関わらず、入っている状態にしてる為、1回1回、フロントに連絡するようになってました。

大人二人スタンダードダブルルームに一泊しました。ベッドが大きくてよく眠れました。
朝は朝食バイキングが付いていて和食を中心とした食事が取れました。
立地は豊橋駅から徒歩5分大橋通り沿いでわかりやすい場所にありました。とても利用しやすく又次回も泊まりたいと思います。

すごく寒い日に宿泊したので、外にご飯を食べに行くハードルが上がり、すぐ目の前にあるファミリーマートでご飯を買い食べました。
部屋はとても綺麗に見えましたが浴槽にちぢれた毛が2本落ちていました。
大浴場には体調的に行けなかったので、部屋のお風呂に入りましたが、あまり気持ちは良くなかったです。
大浴場にはクレンジング等あるようでしたが、部屋にもクレンジングを置いてくれると助かります。
喫煙者にはとても嬉しい喫煙可能なお部屋に泊まれました。
コーヒーの無料サービスはとても良いと思います。階数があるホテルなのにエレベーターが二基しかないので、チェックアウト時間には余裕を持って部屋を出ないといけないと思います。
他に立地の良いホテルは沢山あるので、次は他のホテルを選ぶと思います。
