I was transferred to Osaka and stayed here to view a property. It was close to Esaka Station and the real estate agency I was going to the next day, so it was very convenient. The room was clean and the view from the window was great! I'd like to use it again on the day I move😊

Very surprised Cantonese speaker from Hong Kong help us at front desk like home coming. He is very friendly and helpful. We missed the shuttle provided by hotel but it’s easy to catch a public bus to arrive. The Family room with open air bath is nice and worth the price. Bath with the nice view is very relaxing, stress free. The hot spring is nice as well. Great experience, will definitely come back someday.

Even though we have Gold status, we stayed in an executive room, so after we checked in at the front desk, we went to the lounge to wait for our room to be ready. The room is not large, 26 sqm, but it is very well-decorated, with high ceilings, floor-to-ceiling windows, and a nice view. The hotel just opened in 2024, so all the facilities are very new. The hardware is well-made, and the bathroom is fully equipped with TOTO smart fixtures. The quality of the food and drinks in the lounge was quite good, and the desserts weren't too sweet. In addition to a continental breakfast, you can also enjoy some Japanese specialty snacks. The electronic room key worked well, with hardly any issues. It could be used in the gym, pool, elevator, and room. Location is great, service was good and breakfast was the best. It was near the famous Glico man. It is also within walking distance to Parco and other great stores. ABC Mart, Uniqlo, Atmos are near. As to food trips, there are a lot of ramen places around. Namba Station is about 1 kilometer away, which can be easily be walked even with luggages, where you can board the Nankai Line to Kansai Airport. Yes, the airport is just a train ride away, no need to hire expensive private transfers.

This is a one-unit B&B, not a whole building. It is located about a 10-minute walk from Dotonbori. It is on the second floor. There are multiple parking lots nearby, and parking is convenient. The room has a refrigerator, a washing machine and a cooking stove. It is hygienic, but the air conditioner is not cold enough. I was reading reviews prior to booking and they all said “small” but the room is like perfectly fine especially for Japan. The staff was friendly and welcoming ready to help with all questions. On the second floor is vending machines that sell cool drink and alcohol and there are washing machines onsite with a microwave in the same room. They change the towels everyday and make the bed etc but deep clean every 3 days for longer staying guests. The subway is called NAGATA you exit through exit 1 it’s literally 100 ft away you can see it as you exit. So convenient. There is also a car park on site . Will Definitely return.
