The room type is OK, a 1*** which is quite big in Japan, but the hygiene is a bit poor, there are residual hairs in the bathroom, and the sheets are a bit pilling, and if you look closely, you can find small hairs, which really affects the mood. The front desk staff is very average, and the Japanese service etiquette is not in place, very average, not as good as Toyoko Hotel, if there is no free parking, I will not consider it next time. Also, the air conditioning is really not good, it will be very stuffy on rainy days, and there is no ventilation equipment in the room.

It's a very nice hotel. It's very convenient for shopping, dining and transportation. The service at the hotel is also very good. The waiters are also very gentle and comfortable to communicate with. The room is also larger and brighter than other hotels. A very good experience, I will stay here again next time.

I had to stay overnight in the middle of the night the day before, and there weren't any vacancies near Toyota Station, but luckily I was able to make a reservation. Thank you for upgrading our room! At night, there was a social gathering in front of the station, and since it was across the street from the hotel, I was able to return home immediately. The location is good, the cost performance is good, and there are no complaints!
