Just want to thank the hotel for kindly not charging us due to the fact that we couldn't co.e to Toyoto because of typhoon Hagibis. We hope to come on our next trip to Japan. Instead we tried to fly home early, unsuccessfully, and had to experience a 5.7 magnitude earthquake and the eye of the storm!!!

I have been living in the Toyota Plaza Hotel several times. Anyway, there is no window outside the window. The sound of the air conditioner was very loud... But objectively, the Toyota Plaza Hotel is not far from the TMC, and there is a large bath on the second floor. There is no repair at night. These two points are good. As for the breakfast, I really don't understand. The previous two times belonged to a meal, and the next few times were self-service, and Ctrip could not distinguish it completely. I didn't care anyway.

The hotel has a new clean management. The service attitude of the staff is friendly. There are not many breakfast options, but it is delicious. The hotel parking lot is too small and requires a reservation. I did not make a reservation, so I had to park the car outside the street. 

We stayed in a single room for one night. It takes 10 ～ 15 minutes to walk from the station, but instead it is close to Okazaki Castle Park and the location is nice. The facilities feel a little old in the feeling of a city hotel a generation ago, but it feels like the price is reasonable, and there is no problem in the cleanliness except for the thing described below. The following two points were unfortunate. The mineral water of the service placed in the room was opened and the contents were reduced (it seems to be the drink of the previous person). I missed it when I cleaned it, but honestly I thought this was impossible. I also had dinner at the restaurant on the top floor, but the person who was in charge suddenly left somewhere in the middle of the order, and went somewhere in the middle of the order from oneself ”Did you have a drink?” The response was color 々 subtle when asked, or after eating appetizers, asked about the baking of steak. I thought the latter would not be ready and short of people immediately after the dinner business resumed, but it became a little subtle stay with the former. In addition, it was touched that Okazaki Jo castle was visible from the public bath, but the window glass was cloudy with hot water and water droplets, and it was almost unseen and subtle. It is said that a part of the student dormitory is open as a guest house. Note that check-in is limited to PM6:00～PM10:00. The facilities were new and the light shielding of the two-stage bed was good. Good with free parking.

他のドーミーインには何度も利用させてもらってますが、こちらは初でした 立地は三河安城駅の目の前なので分かりやすいです、今回車利用でしたので隣の駐車場に24時間600円で駐車できました、出し入れ自由だそうです 旅行で夫婦2名利用で部屋はお任せのプランでしたが、ツインの広々とした部屋に通されて十分満足、清掃も行き届いてました、 ドーミーインならではのサービス「夜泣きそば」も毎回楽しみにしています 朝食も品数十分で、朝から重いと思ったが味噌カツ丼も美味かった、十分他のビジネスホテルに差を付ける内容だと思う 出張で各地のビジネスホテルに泊まる事が多いのですが、ドーミーインがあれば迷わず予約します、スタッフの対応・清潔感・温泉大浴場・朝食も満足度が高い、 悪い評価もチラホラあるが、価格と内容を比較すれば他のホテルから頭一つ出ているのは間違い無いと思います。

The room is quite big, clean, the view is nice, the breakfast is good, the transportation is very convenient, there are convenience stores and supermarkets around, very good

It seemed to be a new hotel and it was very beautiful. The staff at the front desk also had a good feeling. I was glad that there was a light at night for me who couldn't sleep if it was dark. The location is good in front of Okazaki Station. What was unfortunate was the trash can that I noticed immediately after entering the room... There was a toothbrush of the person who stayed before. I thought that the cleaning was not well done.
