I was very upset when we have to get up very early in the morning on 21 Oct 2024 to the desert tour and the staff serving us try to push his body behind me by the hot water machine and when i try to move more forward to avoid him, he just move his lower body closer and move across my lower body and make contact to my lower body !!! He was so discuss and then he still do the same to other single female in the group!!! I don't remember his name but he is definitely delibrately doing so and not the first time, he was the only one in the dinning area and he for sure will do it again since he think he can always get away with it when he see us in a hurry and will not want to delay our sun rise tour!!! what a shame!! and i really hope the hotel managment can reach out to do something!!!

Sejour tres chouette ,on na beaucoup aime Tozeur ,seul point negatif ,on nous coupait régulièrement la clim dans l,hotel ,inadmissible pour un 5 etoiles et par la chaleur qu il fait la bas ,

Lovely lobby and lots of stairs - outside to hotel and to first floor to access restaurant and pool area Large indoor and outdoor pool (towels available ftom reception not at the pool). Buffet dinner was excellent. Many salads and vegetable choices. Omelet station at breakast. Rooms were dated, but everything worked well. Including the safe.

Staff are extremely nice, the place is clean but old. One of the best experience in Tunis. The food was decent and waiters very polite and well spoken Nice pool and bar and very close to attractions I would go back again and would recommend it to my friends as well

Hervorragendes Hotel. Alles sehr sauber und gepflegt. Pool auch sauber, lediglich die musikalische Beschallung nervt. Abendbuffet und Frühstück sind erstklassig. Bisher das beste Hotelauf meiner Tunesien Reise. Shukran!

Le personnel très professionnels Chambre magnifique avec sa surprise au frigo ❤️ Le petit-déjeuner et le dîner un festin La piscine top L'hôtel n'est pas loin d'un musée, du quad,ras el Ain et l'oasis de tamerza avec sa cascade son thé à la menthe pizza berbère jus de palmier et son artisanat à 40 minutes à faire absolument ❤️

Excellente hôtel, service de qualité, endroit apaisant pour des vacance reposantes en couple. excellente chambre très propre, bien équipée ,bravo pour Rahma notre femme de chambre qui s'occupe de notre belle chambre quotidiennement. mention très bien pour le pdj aussi à la nourriture variées avec un bon goût. deux belle piscine et un spa. le personnel accueillant, chaleureux, souriants .

Palm Beach Palace Tozeur, was used as a base for our recent film production. We had the best time and service. The staff were very friendly and always willing to help. The manager made our lives very comfortable understanding the needs we had as a production and assisting in whatever way he could. From hot packed dinners per room, every night to opening up a conference room for our fittings, production needs and much more. The food was great , with certain nights having Tunisian specialities to try on the buffet. The rooms are spacious with a shower over bath, and air conditioning in all rooms. This was a very pleasant stay.

Un séjour agréable dans un hôtel propre chambre spacieuse et la nourriture est excellente très varié ! Un grand merci au directeur Mr riath qui étais toujours là présent et à l'écoute de nos moindres besoins on sent une grande amélioration ! On y reviendra sans hésitation et je le recommande vivement !
