Hotel situé dans un beau endroit pas loin des places à visiter à Tozeur soit centre ville ou Chak-Wak. Personnels trés sympa et souriants. Notre chambre était trés propre et spacieuse. Le restaurant a des differents plats délicieux à déguster .

Je reviens juste (mai 2024) d'un séjour exceptionnel de 5 jours au Palm Beach Palace Tozeur, véritable havre de paix au milieu du désert et à moins de 2h de vol de Paris. Le personnel est d’une gentillesse rare et aux petits soins avec chaque client. Les nombreux plats servis au restaurant sont délicieux et healthy. L'hôtel est stratégiquement placé au milieu de l'Atlas, des oasis, de lacs salés, des dunes de sables, du site de tournage de Star Wars, d'un canyon… Les environs regorgent de trésors naturels à découvrir en famille ou en solo. Des excursions à la carte, en quad ou en 4x4, sont également proposées à l'accueil. Après une journée d'exploration, on peut se rafraîchir dans les piscines de l'hôtel et profiter de son magnifique spa avec un vrai hammam arabe et des massages exceptionnels (j'étais notamment venu pour ça). Il y aussi un institut de beauté et un sauna que je n'ai pas eu l'occasion de tester. Le Palm Beach Palace fait un sans faute et je n'attends qu'une chose : y revenir !

Hôtel dimension correcte, calme , confortable, belle piscine extérieure . en revanche piscine intérieure : pas top tout comme centre thalasso. Chambres spacieuses et confortables : literie impeccable, tout fonctionne très bien douche, wc, coffre-fort, frigo, télé (manquent chaines françaises TF1, A2 et FR3 dommage !!) Restaurant de l'hôtel : bonne nourriture , du choix et qualité. Personnel : agréable et courtois. conclusion : cet hôtel mériterait rafraichissement.. Mais très bien pour un séjour après circuits par exemple.

The hotel was comfortable enough. The beds were reasonable. They had a bathtub and shower. The biggest problem for me was that the rooms did not have internet. Nor could anyone get the internet in the dining room while you were having breakfast or dinner. The buffet breakfast was average.

Nourriture et qualité des aliments médiocre, les couloirs des chambres ne sont pas entretenus.le personnel se sert au buffet pendant le service. Piscine extérieure remplie de sable. Où est donc la chaine Magic life?Point positif pour la réception et les espaces extérieurs bien décorés.

Muy mala experiencia, no volveremos. Nos cobraron una habitación de más que habíamos cancelado (y teniamos el email de confirmación de la cancelación). El trato con la recepción no fue nada bueno. El hotel es grande pero muy dejado, los armarios de la habitación están rotos, la cisterna de una habitación no funcionaba... Lo único bueno, la gente del restaurante muy simpática y amable

On était un week-end prolongé en famille. L'hôtel en lui-même est beau, mais malheureusement, il manque d'entretien (toilettes inondées à cause d'une fuite, la chasse d'eau ne fonctionne pas...). La piscine couverte est fermée, tout comme le spa. La nourriture laisse à désirer, très moyenne pour cinq étoiles. C est dommage pour 5 étoiles

-At our arrival our booking did not show in the hotel system. -We stayed at the reception desk about 3 hours and we were very angry and tires after a long trip from Tunis. -At the beginning the reception staff didn’t give us any solution at all. -After many discussions and phone calls to the travel agency we booked and paid with, and after its confirmation that our booking is done correctly as usually and that the hotel is responsible pf that problem, the reception staff gave us finally a room but just for one might, in spite of our 2-night booking. -When the staff discovered that it is the hotel fault, they became more flexible and promised to prolonge our stay tomorrow, what it was done indeed. After this bad starting, we were actually disappointed. -The room is quite nice but the was any drinking water, kettle, coffee or tea. No tissue in spite of the existence of its holder. -The furniture is used. -No room service in the hotel. -The bath in the bathroom is rusty and there is a risk of slipping when getting out of it. - The lobby is vey nice, calm and spacious and you can use wi-fi with ease since it is not available in the rooms. -Food is good with a good variety with a good service. - people are nice and cooperative.
