The room is quite clean. The housekeepers are helpful and courteous. However, the front office refused to cooperate with us when we brought to their attention that we booked a bigger room. We even evidenced it by showing them the details of the online booking. However, they kept gaslighting us and trying to make us believe that we were in a 22m2 room when it was clearly a 15m2 room. Don’t be in the hospitality sector if you don’t like to help your guests.

nice location ( main street easy to move to all region ) ; city center 5 min walk . meydan ( the main square ) + main streets ; many shops + restaurants + coffee shops . nice reception ; lobby ; 50 rooms only ; some rooms are very small ( it's very bad feeling ) serial 107;207;307;407;507 ; bathroom is nice with all amenities ; rooms are clean ; airconditioned ; breakfast is ok ( the same items every day !! ) it's not usual for turkish hospitality !! staff are nice ; polite well english speaking ; the very bad surprise was the hotel manager ; ( the worst hotel manager i met in my career 25 years as travel agent ). i don't how she is manager !!?? bad value for money . never go back to this hotel .

I definitely recommend the hotel. The price corresponds to the quality. I needed to hold several business meetings, so I chose a rather pretentious establishment. The atmosphere is cozy. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. Tasty food. What was important for me was the opportunity to retire with partners over a cup of coffee.

The hotel has a great location. I stayed with my family in December and we were really impressed. The rooms are very well designed, stylish and clean, the view is perfect, it gives peace of mind to the person. It is a special comfort to stay in a hotel with such a sea view in the center of the city, it is within walking distance of everywhere, the staff is friendly, it is clearly felt that there is a professional management approach that is open to communication, and the food is truly wonderful.. When we come to Trabzon again, our only choice will be "invite corner Trabzon", that's for sure. Endless thanks to the entire team for making us experience the comfort of our home.

The location is perfect, walking distance to everywhere. I stayed in October, the rooms are well cleaned and the service is good. The moment you enter the hotel, the staff helps you with all kinds of issues. The sales point of traditional products at the hotel entrance is well thought out.
