the stay here is horably, the rooms firniture is totally damaged. alot of bugs in the room and some of the are dangorus.
the room they give is totally not matching with pictures on the online booking. the break fast is only mix of cheese.

The rooms were very stylish and spacious. They help you with all your needs at the hotel. The view is beautiful, it is very close to the airport and there are transfers from the airport. The rooms are spacious and the breakfast is nice. The location is opposite Trabzon airport, easy to reach and close to the centre. The staff is attentive and the room cleaning is spot on. The beds are large, pillows can be chosen according to preference and are soft. Family rooms are large and the rooms with jacuzzis have wonderful views. Recommended.

I never write bad reviews, but here I have to. The staff is nice, but the valves in the room are terrible. When I told the reception staff that you have “bed bugs”, they replied that this is normal. Well, of course. Breakfast is generally good. Close to the airport.

The hotel is situated on a hill and is difficult to access. There is no nearby bus station or taxi stand. The rooms lack essential travel amenities, and the bathroom contains only the bare necessities for a traveler. My experience with this hotel was unpleasant, despite its acceptable cleanliness. I booked a room online for 5 nights, but upon arrival, I was surprised to be given a very small room with barely enough space for a bed. They promised to switch rooms as soon as possible, but unfortunately, this never happened because they claimed there were no vacant rooms.
