Great customer service from Gerardo, beds were comfy and room looked just like the photos but still nicer than we expected. The shower was great and so was the pool and hot tub. Wheel chair friendly. The only downside was some noise from the freeway which it's right next to but other than that we loved our trip and will probably book again in the future.

The room was so dirty. The hotel as a whole was not well kept. Hotel is under renovation and it was not disclosed in the advertisement to book. Shower was not even usable. The staff was the most amazing people. So complaining to them was hard so we didn’t complain. I booked 2 rooms to attend an out of town family event. We woke up as early as we could to get out of there.
