We were at the Manor West for 1 night attending a wedding at a nearby hotel.On check in we were upgraded to the Lavender suite by Sheena (a special Lady)Our room was faultless from the massive comfortable bed to the massive bathroom to the huge sitting room with a full length balcony.The hotel also has a superb leisure centre with all amenities which one of us availed of the morning after.Breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of products both hot and cold.Based on our experience we would rate the Manor west 5 stars.We will be back for a longar stay soon

Staff couldn't have been more friendly & welcoming. From the USA man at reception, staff at breakfast & dinner & pool were all very nice. My kids had a great time & so did I. Food was delicious & lots of choice on the menu

Went with family for a wedding and found the hotel to be very clean, great amenities, excellent breakfast and lovely people to top it all off. The rooms are large and airy, it's really well located, and everything was well looked after - no dated carpets or furniture here!

We checked in for an overnight stay as I had a hospital appointment the next morning. My husband got a great rate and an upgrade to Executive Suite. When we checked in the receptionist was lovely. She explained everything to us as was our first time visiting the hotel. The room was fab. We used the Pool facilities. We also dined in the hotel restaurant that evening. Everything was fab and all so clean. Staff were all accommodating. We had a great night sleep. Many thanks to a well run Hotel. After the hospital appointment we went back for Coffee and pastries wow amazing. We will be back soon. Cheers

lovely hotel, only downside, booking play room, booking breakfast and breakfast itself was poor - no hot buffet, you order it, everything we ordered arrived cold and my full irish was really a half irish (1 suasage!)

A very modern, friendly and family orientated hotel with good amenities and facilities. Very clean. Plenty of space in this hotel, well planned and constructed. Bedrooms are large. Lovely bar area, multi TV screens for sports, and food from the kitchen was good - and not overpriced. A lot of staff, and all very professional and friendly. Will definitively stay again if travelling to or near Tralee.

Nice hotel , fantastic staff , nice size swimming pool , lovily play room for pre school age kids . Food is very nice . There was no nighttime entertainment if that’s what someone is looking for . Very child friendly , nice spot to stay if going to aquadome
