My stay at the Manor West was excellent - we also rented a conference room - food was excellent - service was excellent - great leisure centre - couldn't fault a thing - will definitely be back

We stayed here for our wedding anniversary with our family and found it to be a great hotel.The rooms were lovely and clean great leisure facilities and the staff were very friendly.Would highly recommend this hotel for anybody

I had my Hen brunch with Prosecco here for 28 people. The staff were excellent, attentive and helped with everything we had organised for the brunch. The food was amazing, great choice and accomodiated for everyone. They had fresh hot pastries on the table and they came arpund with prosecco and juice filling and kept us all topped up.They had decorated the tables and had balloons and came out to greet us on arrival to the hotel. It was the highlight of my hen weekend. I highly recommend Manor west Hotel. We will be back. Thank you for the amazing hospitality. We got 5 star treatment thank you.

Impressed with the attention to detail at this hotel. The beds/pillows were so comfy and rooms were super dark and noise-free for a great sound sleep. Will be staying over again and highly recommend to friends and family.

Room and staff were great. Brecfast was awful. Soggy pancakes and dried outfall Irish. Couldn't eat it, which was a pity

Really enjoy staying at this hotel. Great hotel for families. There is plenty to do with the swimming pool, cinema and play room. We will be back again

My daughter had her communion and this was the hotel she wanted to stay in no other one staff are so helpful and friendly the pool is great and the added bonus for her is it's beside Smyths 😀 we will definitely be back

Regularly visit the restaurant here however on this occasion it was abysmal , When my husbands came out the plate was clearly used already as it had the remains and sauce of the last meal still on it (not like it had been cleaned badly but it had just been scraped and used again ) . We said this to the server and she said we could get it discounted , we weren’t offered a new plate and she seemed a bit shocked we were sending it back . No apology was given and we were left to feel like we had done something wrong
