The hotel is ok, we got the breakfast included and it was basic but enough, the staff is kind of clueless about their job but almost everyone is very polite and nice.
We booked a room with one big bed and we got a 2 bed bedroom with an awkward location for the TV.
I received an email about my booking being cancelled a few hours before my check in time and I was afraid because it was paddy’s weekend but I called the hotel and they fixed it apparently so either the app has issues or the hotel.
It was an ok weekend and the irish coffee was delicious.

My wife I stayed here in January and were so impressed that we felt we had to return. We have just returned after another 4 nights here and loved it again. The hotel is spotless and comfortable and outstanding value and food is excellent. Best of all is the staff. One morning an elderly lady with a stroller was assisted all the way in putting together her breakfast from the buffet by a friendly and helpful manager (I discovered afterwards that he's from Cork which fits totally 😀)! To be fair,all of the staff were lovely and helpful. Will we be back for a 3rd stay? Probably.

We were over for a funeral, booked this on short notice and were well looked after by the friendly staff. Room was very comfortable and made available as soon as we arrived. Excellent location in the High Street so you can walk everywhere. Didn't eat here as we were out with relatives. I know it get's busy in the high season. If and when we come back will stay here again.

Very good 3 star hotel in castleisland. Clean and everything you would expect. Maybe slightly dated but one of the better 3stars I’ve stayed in. Comfortable beds. Plenty hot water. Good breakfast as well. Reasonable price Nearby free carpark.would recommend if visiting the area. Will be back myself

Hôtel d’un autre âge, tout serait à refaire. Matelas inconfortable, salle de bain vieillotte, petit déjeuner très limite. Mal insonorisé et bruyant, les boules kiess sont obligatoires L’accueil est cependant chaleureux. Seul le restaurant du soir a un rapport qualité prix correct. Contrairement à ce qui est indiqué il n’y a pas de parking.

Rooms are bit tired, and just overlooked yards and homes behind, definitely need new mattresses and pillows, bathroom needs upgrading, was part of a coach tour, food was good apart from breakfast, overcooked and very little choice, bar area nice but waiting staff very laid back and needed pushing by the older staff!!
