Desde la llegada la atención fue óptima. Todo el personal se esperaba por dar un buen servicio. El desayuno excelente y estuvieron atentos a los gustos y preferencias de los huéspedes. El edificio y los cuartos impecables y espaciosos. Si vuelvo a Trapani no dudaré en alejarme aquí. Lo recomiendo.

Esperienza eccellente. Pulizia impeccabile sia delle camere, sia degli altri ambienti. Cortesia e professionalità dello staff. Colazione varia e di gran qualità. Posizione centralissima a poca distanza dal porto. Parcheggio pubblico a pochi metri dall'hotel. Non avrei un attimo di esitazione a tornare in questo bellissimo hotel

The property was beautiful and very close to the happenings in town. There were some challenging parking issues the first day but they were fixed by morning (we had to find local parking and pay in coins because the valet wasn’t an option). The hotel breakfast was wonderful. The hotel is close to the marina and the center of town but quite far from the cable car to Erice. But the hotel called a taxi and we made it to the cable car with no problem. Erice was a must do! Also the hotel booked us an all day small boat excursion to the islands that was awesome!

Abbiamo pernottato 3 notti e siamo stati benissimo. La struttura è molto ben situata per girare Trapani a piedi. La nostra camera era molto confortevole, ben decorata, in perfetto stato, pulita e molto tranquilla. Buona colazione e personale cortese e disponibile. Una delle migliori soluzioni per soggiornare a Trapani

We were hoping to spend a few nights in an elegant boutique hotel. While the outside building is lovely and the location is good, the decor is very strange - ultra modern but unattractive. We had the “Executive Suite” which had one bed in an alcove with only high transom windows, like sleeping in a closet. The main bedroom had a small balcony but it was on an air shaft. The room hardly met the standard of an executive suite. The breakfast was very good but the common space, especially the entry to the hotel, has a very strong perfumed smell that made it impossible to enjoy the seating area. Overall it was a huge disappointment, expensive for the accommodation provided.
