Oaks is a hotel line I love. From proper kitchenettes and lounge rooms giving a more homely vibe then a standard room to wonderful views. Was my first time there at Flemington and safe to say it was awesome :) Pics to match.
Customer service wasn't brilliant, he was lagging and scattered. The air con was Cold. Hated that part. I need to be comfy especially if paying for it.

reception service was reall excellent .we stay there 3 days .Due to long stay ,I should cleaning in room and need change all bed sheets .what when I connect with front staff . They said it is not possible due to public holidays .They disappointed me .

🔴BEWARE🔴This is the worst hotel in Australia. Please do not book here you will be sorely disappointed everything went wrong from day one.I asked for a refund kept telling me manager was in conference manager was in meeting. Nobody ever got back to me. I am also complaining to consumer affairs Victoria to try to get a refund as they had ruined my four night stay.

The room is really clean and specious. They provided everything included with washing machine. Also, the tram stop is just walk only 2minutes. Very convenience but it takes time around 20minutes to CBD.

This apartment hotel is really secure! You need your room card to access the main entrance, the apartment building door, the elevator, and even the car park. The entire service apartment building gives off a high-end vibe, and it's super clean! The rooms are spacious and well-designed. Right outside the building, there's a tram stop, and it only takes about 15-20 minutes to get to Melbourne City – so convenient for transportation! There's also a supermarket downstairs, perfect for grabbing some snacks and drinks. The apartment comes fully equipped with a fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, kitchenware, microwave... I had a really great stay! The front desk staff were also incredibly friendly and always smiling. Very satisfied!

NOTE FOR EVERYONE : $150 DEPOSIT
This property should update deposit policy on booking app. When I booked it, I called the hotel regarding deposit and they said it depends on the room I've booked, and the deposit will be between $1-100.
When I came in, I need to pay $150 for deposit which is wrong information from them before. It's better to state it clearly on booking app so everyone can prepare for it.
Deposit payment return to my account in 7 days.
There is no issue with other things when I stayed in this hotel. My family really loved it. The tram stop just in front of the hotel and only takes 10 minutes to CBD.
We stayed in Family 2 bedroom that has city view on 10th floors. Facilities are great, it has washing and dryer machines which is really helpful for someone that has baby or kids.
For budget hotel, I would say this is the best experience and value that I've ever stayed in Melbourne. I paid $177 for 2 bedroom on the weekend stayed.
Definitely will be back someday.

Considering the location, the price is quite reasonable. The executive room is very spacious, with a small living room and a kitchen. However, the kitchenware was quite dirty, and there were a few cockroaches! The air conditioning in our first room was broken, so we had to switch. In the second room, we then discovered the bathroom exhaust fan wasn't working.
