Staff is very friendly but that cant help over come the smell. Straight musty and moldy smell. Everything was shut down except the mold growth. The rooms were just sticky feeling all night and the towels put more water on the floor than it would absorb. Atmosphere outside smelt like you were in a **** factory at the hotel due to the guest/Contruction workers like they never smoked before. Best Western really need to hold their franchises to a higher standard.

Hotel has gone down hill a lot in the last 2 years. Food quality, and hotel rooms have things in need of repair. We will not be returning. The pool was disgusting.

Sheets were stained and itchy. Bed frame cover was stained. Window curtains were stained. Light socket looked like it had something like dried blood on it. TV in the bedroom didn’t work and staff was unhelpful. Furniture was ripped. Shower pressure was awful. At checkout, they told me they couldn’t give me a receipt because they thought I made the reservation through ******* even though I made it directly through best Western. Overall, just a Not so good experience. Definitely won’t return to this hotel.

The room itself was fine…until we walked into the bathroom. It looked like someone had been bleeding in the shower with red/brown stains. Not to mention the pipe they had for a handle. Both my husband and I opted not to shower while we stayed there for one night. Bring your shower shoes!

every deficiency was met with, "sorry, we're remodeling" no in-room coffee svc, no soap, no shampoo, no choice of beverage @ happy hr., public area crammed with boxes of new furniture, leaving a tiny area for guests who wished to have breakfast or other social activities. they coulda remodeled a block of rooms at a time, thus leaving rest of inn intact.

Pets not allowed in bed. Told will be charged $300 if pet in bed. Did not stay due to fear of any fur getting anywhere. Guy at counter was friendly, just needs better of pet policy

This is an old facility that cannot compete with a newer facility charging similar prices. Everything is small. The amenities are lacking, the fitness room was being used as a storage room and closed. The business center was open to the lobby and next to the elevator, with no visual or audible privacy. The tv remote only had channel keys, no scroll function so the guide was unusable. The breakfast area had different seating arrangements but was difficult to maneuver around because the space was so small.

The people were friendly. That's it for the positives. Renovations going on with no alert beforehand, and the workers were banging in the storage containers at 7 in the morning. Shower was tiny, like 2 1/2 feet square. No soap, shampoo or conditioner in shower or anywhere. Shower door wouldn't close so the shower room was flooded. NO CLOSET OR HANGERS! What?? Breakfast was adequate but dining room was small. Tried to buy a bottle of water but the front desk agent had disappeared.
