Not just staying in a first-class hotel, but experiencing moments of pure relaxation and unforgettable excellence and hospitality. This is exactly what we experienced during our visit to the Atlantic. Many thanks to the entire team there for the wonderful stay, from reception to restaurant service to bar and also kitchen we were always very accommodating and warmly cared for! A booking there is for us always an invitation to pamper ourselves and enjoy life to the fullest. CarpeDiem :-)

This was our main stay of our German road trip so we splashed out on the hotel and to upgrade our room and was not disappointed . The hotel is in a great location on the seafront promenade and is an easy 20 minute walk to the old town centre. The room was spacious with a great indoor seating area and also a patio. Spotlessly clean. It’s a grand old hotel. Staff were excellent, all friendly and polite. Breakfast buffet was extensive and all good quality. Parking was easy, albeit a tad on the expensive side. Big gardens to sit in if you so wish. Plenty of space at end of September but guess it could be busy in peak season. Easy drive to Lubeck to visit or you could bus or train it although the railway was under repair at our time of visit. The bar and restaurant have great views over the promenade/beach/sea. If we ever travel this way again would stay here and will look at other hotels in the group for our next German trip.

Friendly staff Good food very godd location close to the beach e-charging is possible, but - you have to pay the same amount - if you have an full electric or an plug in hybrid - not sensefull with plug in For one night we had a room with a very high noise level (Room 401) - but even the hotel was good booked, the staff found a good solution

Wir hatten im Atlantic Grand Hotel ein sehr großes Zimmer mit riesigem Badezimmer und Ankleidezimmer (Zimmer 304) mit Meerblick. Besonders erwähnenswert fanden wir das Restaurant Holsteins, das für mich einen Michelinstern verdient hätte. Ich hatte das hervorragende Ceviche vom Wolfsbarsch und das absolut großartige US Flank Steak, zum Abschluss die Dessertvariation, alles zusammen für Euro 84. Die Weinkarte war recht klein, trotzdem fand ich einen sehr gut passenden Chateau Valade Grand Cru. Dieses Restaurant ist erstklassig!!

Zunächst einmal möchte ich betonen, dass das Hotel und die Mitarbeiter absolut Weltklasse und einzigartig sind! Das Personal war immer freundlich, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit, was den Aufenthalt besonders angenehm gemacht hat. Die Zimmer waren gemütlich und ruhig, aber ich empfehle, bei der Buchung auf die Zimmerbezeichnung Land- oder Seeseite zu achten. Leider gab es aufgrund der Dachfenster keinen Ausblick. Hier und da gab es ein paar Gebrauchsspuren. Die Minibar wurde täglich kostenlos mit Softdrinks aufgefüllt. Tee gibt es in der Lobby. Wer gerne Fahrrad fährt, kann sich hier auch sehr gute Fahrräder, E-Bikes für 25 Euro pro Tag und ohne normale Räder kann man für EUR 12 pro Tag mieten. Das Parken vor dem Hotel ist sb 15 Euro pro Tag möglich. Das Essen war einfach vorzüglich und ich hatte Halbpension gebucht. Das Frühstück ließ keine Wünsche offen und das dreigängige Menü am Abend war für mich fünf Sterne mit Auszeichnung wert. Das Essen war super lecker und wurde von den super freundlichen und sehr aufmerksamen Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeitern serviert. Auch hinter den Kulissen gab es eine tolle Leistung, für die ich mich bedanken möchte. Das Café, Tee und Kuchen ab 14 Uhr mit herrlichem Ausblick waren auch ein Highlight. Aber Achtung: Suchtcharakter! Im Wellnessbereich gab zwei Dampfsaunen, eine finnische und eine Biosauna sowie Ruheräume. Man konnte auch nach draußen gehen und die frische Luft genießen. Der Wellnessbereich war täglich von 16 Uhr bis 21 Uhr geöffnet und Handtücher standen zur Verfügung. Für die Nutzung des Pools war Badekleidung erforderlich. Insgesamt hatte ich einen wirklich tollen Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel und kann es uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Vielen Dank an das gesamte Team für die Gastfreundschaft und den angenehmen Aufenthalt!

Ein gutes, klassisches Hotel. Top Lage direkt am Meer und der Promenade. Großer Garten mit leider etwas wenigen Strandkörben und ohne Service. Terrasse zum Meer. Gute Küche im Haus - Restaurant.
