We had a lovely return to this hotel due to some unexpected interruptions during our previous stay when it was West Bay Hotel. Jordan the GM graciously welcomed us back. The front desk employees Larry, Clark, Becky, Madison and Alexi were really great at making sure we had a more pleasurable stay and made us feel very welcome. Sarah at Breakfast was so sweet and accommodating, even bringing out Granola wuthout for my yogurt as I am allergic to nuts. The Breakfast sandwiches were really good and the fruit was fresh cut. Don in maintenance was very nice giving us tips on the amenities in the hotel. The outdoor pool was 94 degrees while it was still chilly out and the heated cabanas with seating and a food menu surrounding the outdoor pool were fantastic as we dried off. They also have fire tables around this pool and give complimentary s'mores to guests. There is also a nice indoor pool, hot tub & sauna. Willy the driver was very helpful in driving us to dinner as there was alot of construction in front of the hotel and gave us great suggestions if other restaurants to eat at. The new renovations are beautiful with a new restaurant, seating area and beautiful views of the bay. Our Bay View King Suite is our favorite of all rooms. Very spacious with those sane beautiful views! We look forward to going back to the Delamar!

We were in town for only 1 night for a special dinner fundraising event, but would definitely stay here again. Slightly more than a few other option in TC but well worth it.

We visit this property yearly and each year it seems they do something to make the hotel better. I would highly recommend this Hotel for families, business trips, couples, or girl/guys trip. They are within walking distance to the downtown area, parks, and they have their own beach. My only small issue was ******* VIp benefits, but it did not change my opinion of the hotel. We will be staying here again this summer and next February. -BR

The room next door was insanely noisy when we were trying to sleep, and the bathroom lights were dark throughout our stay.
Overall though, it was a pleasant stay. The beds were clean, the outdoor pool was pleasant ( a nice attraction) and the hotel staff were very friendly. I appreciate their kindness!

The staff was excellent, especially at the restaurant. There was a lot to be desired in cleanliness. I have stayed there before and this time nothing was dusted on shelves, I had dirty water glasses and I believe the rooms need some updating in general.

I treated myself and celebrated my 30th birthday at the Delmar and it was amazing! I thought the complimentary flute of champagne during check in was so special. The outdoor pool was spacious and warm - my kids loved it! The indoor pool and sauna were so clean and relaxing. The entire hotel is very beautiful, the rooms were clean, the staff were friendly, the cocktails were delicious, the food was delicious, the live music was amazing! My kids loved making smores by the pool after a long day of swimming. I’m already looking forward to booking our next stay there.
