Our family of 5 stayed at this hotel in the bay view room. It was early May when we stayed, along with my 1.5 yr old and 3.5 yr old toddler. We used their outdoor and indoor swimming pool, the outdoor swimming pool was truly heated, it was warm! They also provide free smores to toast the marshmallow by the pool side. We did that both nights it was wonderful. The sauna was nice and hot and new! The whole place is clean, staff were very friendly and helpful. It was very close to front street like 1 mile away. Oh breakfast was simple but it was very good, for eg they have fresh yoghurt and handmade toasted granola, fresh baked muffin gourmet style, and rest made sandwiches to go, coffee and tea and variety of juices. It was more than enough. Breakfast was included in the rate too. I will definitely return!

I loved staying at the Delamar, very friendly staff, excellent service and the best location right on the water and two minute walk to Front Street, my room had a view of the heated outdoor pool and lake.

Aside from the restaurant and the lobby it’s not worth spending tir money in this place. Room are dated with bathroom that need major renovation . Hallways look more like a 2 star hotel. The worse is that we could not sleep and rest at night. Neighboring room made a lot of noise at night and despite complaining twice to the front desk nothing was done (Becky at front desk was useless). Poor experience in a lousy hotel.

I have been staying at the Delamar for three years now and the attention to detail for all of my stays has been exceptional, Madison is always ready to help me with reservations and Jordan makes sure my stay is perfect every single time. Food is excellent at Artisan and the views no matter what room you choose are breathtaking. Don't miss a dip in the heated outdoor pool followed by a cocktail in one of their cozy poolside cabanas. You won't regret it! If you manage to crawl out of your comfy bed and make it to a yoga class kudos to you! All of their classes are terrific and welcoming to the stiff and not-very-experienced visitor. I will be signing up again when I'm back in TVC! A visit to the Delamar shows of the best of Traverse City! Beautiful, friendly and kind. Love it!

our stay started out AMAZING, with complimentary wine at check out, our bathroom toilet was broken and we were quickly moved to a new room. all amenities were absolutely amazing. the hotel was lovely and the staff were so kind and helpful!
