Excellent location but hotel is getting dated. Towels are dingy and threadbare, soap is as empty in room, needs some upgrades for sure. Location is excellent and walkable to downtown. There for a business meeting and service for the meeting was fantastic.

Ken was extremely helpful at the front desk. He was extremely attentive and kind. Took the time to provide me with the information needed while still cognizant of the other guests arriving. His service made me feel welcomed and appreciated.

All I can say is 5 stars for Ken Crawford!! Kind, friendly, helpful, and made my girls and I feel right at home at Park Place Hotel. The room… perfect! The views… stellar! The friendliness of staff… top notch! All future TC bookings will definitely be at PPH.

Ken Crawford at the front desk and he was AMAZING! Ken was very professional and treated me as if I was his only guest! Our room was clean and comfortable. Everyone at the hotel treated us were kind and helpful. Next time in Traverse City, we want to see Ken at the Park Place Hotel.

Since the first time we stayed at the Park Place Hotel (and we have stayed many times since then) this has been our hotel of choice in Traverse City. We love that it's an established hotel that has been updated just enough to make it a desirable destination. The rooms are clean, the staff is friendly and efficient, and there are lovely historical touches in the hotel's decor. Also, the Beacon Bar is a nice place to relax and enjoy the lights of Traverse City of an evening.

Nice hotel just the bed was uncomfortable. Both of us had bad backs after stay. Other than that hotel was clean and in great location.
