I had an excellent experience this stay. A previous stay didn't go well starting out due to reservation mixup but that evening Mathew at the front desk listened to my concerns and upgraded me and I was able to have a pleasant experience. Ken and Mathew were so helpful and accommodating. Matthew spoke with his manager and i was invited back with open arms and they went above and beyond to make sure I had a wonderful experience. The hotel is so beautiful and they have everything there that you really don't need to venture out for dinner, drinks, and entertainment. I would definitely stay there again.

We were in the older part of the hotel - the highest floor was 4. It is older and needs updating.

The pool was closed and we were looking forward to swimming. Why wasn’t that posted online?
There was a test of the fire alarms and we were not informed about said test and there was no need to leave the room. Instead we, and our frail neighbor hobbled down four flights of stairs (I have a broken toe) for no reason.
We had other issues with lack of communication but it starts to sound petty after awhile.

The staff was outstanding from the very start! For some reason our online reservation didn’t go through but Kayla immediately found accommodations for us and helped us find a discount. Every question we had was answered with a smile ( even though we all know she’s been answering the same questions over and over all day ) Our room is perfectly sized for the two of us. Town is conveniently located a block or two away! We will be back!
