There are two aspects of this place that I find quite unfavorable. First, the shower water temperature is inconsistent, often vacillating between uncomfortably cold and scalding hot, with minimal adjustability. This makes it nearly impossible to enjoy a typical shower. Second, there's a disturbance when guests in neighboring rooms flush their toilets, resulting in a rather loud gurgling noise from our own. Due to these two issues, I wouldn't recommend this place to others. People in the front desk is not very helpful or friendly.

The pool was fun with the color changes and calming. Breakfast was really good with many options. Definitely staying again

The pool was outstanding. The housekeeping staff were great. Manager was easy to talk too. Business center was great. I did not like the interrogation at check in beyond the ADA standards about my wife’s service animal and questing if I was telling the truth with looming threat of additional financial charge.

It was a giant surprise when (after having reserved my room in advance and paid for it online) I was told during check-in that residents within a 25-mile radius must pay an additional $200 reservation/hold fee. This inconvenience/annoyance set the tone for the entire stay. Extremely disappointing that ******* chooses not to make this clear on their site.

Really terrible that they will not all drinks or beverages of any sort at the pool. I understand food, but beverages? Kind of a joke, especially with kids.

The staff was amazing the service was amazing. We got in really early for our check-in but they got us a room right away and fast. The breakfast buffet was akso great. Highly recommended this place.

Checking in great! Room is clean and beds comfortable! Pool room is really nice and clean! The only thing I didn’t like was the bathroom in our room it was clean but super loud exhaust fan sounded like an air jet LOL but overall I recommend this hotel!
