TV di tidak berfungsi, kipas ventilasi kamar mandi tidak berfungsi, water heater ada tetapi tidak bisa di pakai karena tempat colokan listrik terlalu tinggi, atau meja yang terlalu rendah, menu untuk breakfast menurut saya kurang memuaskan, WiFi ada tetapi signal sangat buruk, lingkungan kurang bersih, banyak daun jatuh berserakan dan rumput liarnya menambah kesan suram. Tempat bermain anak tidak bisa di gunakan, banyak yang sudah berkarat, untuk kolam renang lumayan memuaskan

the room is long but the tv is very small and far from the bed. so uncomfortable to watch tv. tv remote not working. the a**osphere around the hotel is quiet. the swimming pool is not very well maintained.

We had visit this hotel on peak season. We had to wait for almost 3 hours after check in to get our room. The receptionist looked restless and in a hurry. I booked room with breakfast but the receptionist said that it wasnt included breakfast. The day after, we decided to check out earlier because i need to take my parents to get some meals. But before we c/o the receptionist called us to had some bfast at the restaurant. I already make sure for 3 times about the bfast but they still give me same answer. Why it changed 30 mnts before we leave ?? The facility in this hotel is pitty and some place need renovation. Hope the hotel do some improvement.
