My sis & I were wowed by the exceptional and friendly staff. The sunset views from the patio were incredible. The room was private and quiet too.

Perfect location on the beach. The hotel staff is very accommodating. The staff have gone above and beyond when asked for anything. We were able to get a late check out easily. The bartenders are the staff that check you in as well, but they all know how to make great drinks. Chad is a great conversationalist and had great recommendations for dinner in the area. I would definitely return here but I would take advantage of the kitchen that is in the suite. I would recommend going to the grocery store and getting lunch food if you are spending the day on the beach because there’s nowhere local to grab a quick bite to eat.

The staff was wonderful. Our room was okay. The bathroom had one small sink with a joystick style faucet that had very low water pressure. After brushing my teeth I would go to to the kitchen sink to be able to thoroughly rinse my toothbrush and get a drink of water. Shower water pressure was low. It was also odd that the sink area did not have any towel bars so it was impossible to hang up our hand towels. The elevator for floors 1-9 is very slow which made it difficult to get an elevator to accommodate our luggage trolley when departing. As others have mentioned the beach is quite nice with a lovely walkway for walking and bike riding. It is a bit of a walk to the beach. Chairs are available for rental- cash only. Rent early as they do run out of chairs. There weren't many restaurants on Treasure Island so it was a struggle each night to find somewhere to eat. Due to the bathroom issues and lack of restaurants we are unlikely to stay in this area again. That is unfortunate because the beach is great.
