Overall nice condo but the bed was a bit uncomfortable and very noisy when getting in or out of bed. Great view of the gulf and sunset at night, everything worked and quiet at night. It is older and show's its age but nothing was run down. Room 603.

This is the second time I've stayed here. Balcony view of the beach and Gulf is great. Front desk was so helpful. Thr kitchen had everything I needed. Would definitely stay here again!

This is our 3rd year staying at South Beach Condo/Hotel and I know we will return. Friendly staff, gorgeous grounds and the condo was well supplied. We did need to get more paper towels and garbage bags as there was only 1 each. There are plenty of beach towels provided.

Clean. Toiletries provided. (Paper towel, Kleenex, diswasher pucks, shampoo, liquid soap)
Parking spaces good.
Good area: easy drive by car to what yo needed.

Perfect location. Right on the beach. The condo was clean and well stocked. The amenities that the condo offered (ping pong table, pool, hammocks, beach chairs and umbrella) is great. We were also able to get family photos done right at the shoreline of our condo. The photographer came to us, did a great job on the photos, and was very professional.

We originally planned our trip to stay somewhere else, but they cancelled our room the day before. I found South Beach condo/hotel the day we landed in FL. I was so happy they had an opening for our family. The condo was absolutely beautiful. Felt like we were at home with having our own bedroom and a full kitchen and laundry room. The view from our patio was breathtaking. Being able to walk out of the building and a short walk through the sand and your art the beach was great. Several restaurants were in good walking distance and you can take a nice walk down the beach path. We hope to stay here anytime we're in the area.

We like that the condo has generous space, a full kitchen and beach views. We also appreciate the in-condo washer and dryer. The beach walk way is convenient for going to dinner or shopping. There is a Walgreens and a Publix very close by. Only complaint is we could have used more seating for our family of 5 in the living room.

I want to suggest that they need to change the check out time. Normally, tourists wake up late and it is very stressful to check out at 10:00AM. My suggestion is: change the check out to 12:00 P.M.
