A true gem!! The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and modern. The restaurant in the hotel has the best food around. Matthew ( property manger) you the man!! Was so helpful. Got us settled into a wonderful vacation. Answered all of our questions . Dylan ( our pool guy) so friendly and helpful!! Keep up the great work!! The property is well kept and clean. The beach is beautiful. Give Opal Treasure Island Beach Resort a try, you will not regret it.

If you’re looking for a clean, modern and relaxing stay in the St Pete/Treasure Island area this is the place. From the moment we arrived (early) we were greeted by the friendly staff and that was the way we were treated the entire stay. We used the pool, hot tub, restaurant, room service and of course the beach and all were wonderful. Towels were refreshed each day and we even received turndown service with chocolates on our pillows one evening. I didn’t book an ocean view room, but our balcony did offer a view of the pool and the gulf. The white sand beach is beautiful and not crowded. Our suite was so modern and roomy offering a full kitchenette with dining island, living room area with a sectional, large bathroom and bedroom. It was a PERFECT stay!

Our check in at the front desk was awkward and time consuming. I booked through ******* and prepaid yet it seemed like when I arrived at front desk I was starting all over.

3 Star Resort at 5 star price! We had very high hopes staying here because the pictures are amazing. But, once you get over the lipstick you realize that it’s just a plain remodeled motel. It’s not that it’s bad, just not worth the $1400/nt that they charge for the “ocean-front” room. Be very careful here. Tricky wording and vague language in the descriptions gets you a room with a view…HOWEVER…however, it’s just partial and oh yeah, there’s a toilet trailer right there, and a Taco Truck right there in your window. Like literally, see pics!! Room 221!! The tacos smelled amazing, but not at 9:45 in the morning trying to enjoy coffee on the balcony! Sorry, too many resorts to make this resort mistake again. They will respond with generic, corporate “we’re sorry” speak, but they charged us full price anyway! That’s how that works!! See pics. Oh yeah, and overflowing trash and towels at the pool daily!

Beautiful Resort. One bedroom suite was great, full size fridge, kitchenette, microwave, mini stove, & plates, kitchen utensils, glasses, etc. The room had live flower arrangements which to me was such a beautiful touch. Gulf view provided an amazing view of pool, beach, & a beautiful sunset. Great photo opportunities. Hotel access through wristbands which makes being on vacation so easy no room keys to carry or lose. Family friendly & Dog Friendly. The hotel restaurant serves food & drinks with poolside service or a formal sit down dining experience inside or out. Walk to the beach directly from the pool. Towels are provided. Great location and close to restaurants & shops all within walking distance. Be advised there is a daily resort fee which includes 1 car parking, additional car parking is $50 a night (advertised on their website though as only $25)
