Best lastig om positief te zijn maar ook negatief. Het hotel ligt circa 5 minuten rijden van de snelweg. Ontvangst is zeer prettig en vriendelijk. Parkeren kan direct bij het Hotel, maar circa 200 meter verderop. Er is voldoende parkeerplek. Uitpakken kan gelukkig wel bij het Hotel. Onze kamer (nr 311) had werkelijk een matig uitzicht. Kamer is ruim voor 2 volwassenen en 2 kleinere kinderen. De kamer zelfs is niet uitzonderlijk. Zo links en rechts is zeker achterstallig onderhoud. WiFi is zeer matig. Bedden waren redelijk en hadden 1 kussen. Badkamer vond ik met klein voor een gezien. Kinderkamer had een eigen WC. Dat was zeer prettig. Er was een kluis (wat niet werkte toen wij aankwamen, de dag erop is het hersteld), voldoende kastruimte en een koelkast. Buiten kon je lekker zitten en van niet zeer mooie uitzicht genieten (1 tafel en 2 stoelen). Er waren 4 badjassen aanwezig! Erg matig was het ontbreken van shampoo en een mini stukje zeep en ook andere zaken (bijvoorbeeld bodylotion) was niet aanwezig. Gewoon heel slecht. De kamer heeft geen airco (gelukkig koelt het in de avond redelijk af) Typisch Oostenrijks dat je iedere keer op de knop moet drukken om het licht aan te doen. Ouderwets in een tijd van domotica. Voor de kinderen was het een uitzonderlijk plek om te spelen, lekker zwembad (buitenbad was zeer warm en geschikt voor koud weer). Voor de kinderen is het een leuke en veilige plek om te spelen. Wij hadden halfpensioen. Dat vonden wij ronduit zeer slecht. Een gaarkeuken is nog beter. Niet best. Het ontbijt was ook wel matig. Conclusie: zeer vriendelijk personeel, voor kinderen tot circa 10 jaar top, eten zeer slecht en te zout, slechte WiFi en een kamer wat wel aangepakt mag worden. Voor de kinderen absoluut 4 bollen maar voor de ouders net aan 2 bollen. Gezien de zeer hoge prijs (wij betaalden voor 2 nachten halfpensioen bijna 700 euro) komen wij zeker niet meer terug. Onze verwachting was mede door de hoge prijs groot maar prijs en kwaliteit staan in zijn geheel niet bij elkaar. Tegenvaller
