Mixed review. The rooms are not bad, although a badly chipped basin and gaps in the wooden flooring are not good. The main problem is that there is no air-conditioning. Our room was about 28C at ten o’clock at night with the window wide open and a fan at full blast. Truly horrible and almost impossible to sleep the first night as it was far too hot. We eventually found we could swing the window right over and it would stay open, but totally unsafe if you had young kids. Staff were friendly enough, but unable to do anything to help. The internet is unbelievably slow. N.B. If you do stay here back rooms are quieter. Trelew seems to be biker city (lots of Welsh bikers on large bikes for some reason) so the front rooms can be very noisy. Even on the 5th floor at the back it still kept us awake. Breakfast was OK, but nothing special. There are a couple of restaurants nearby and Sugar is excellent and only a couple of blocks away. N.B. The hotel has supposedlyl changed its name to Aguada, but it still has the Rayentray name on the wall and that is what all the locals call it.

Habitacion confortable con detalles de mantenimiento. Su estilo es de los 80 con mucha madera. Fui con un contingente con media pensión y tanto la comida como es desayuno deja mucho que desear. Si sos celíaco olvidate de comer ahi.

Hicimos una reserva en agosto con envío de los datos de tarjeta, todo en orden como pedían para un fin de semana de mucha demanada en octubre. Nos escriben por watsap un mes más tarde diciéndonos sin más que cancelaban la reserva "porque se filtró agua de la pileta en nuestras habitaciones". Los llamamos alarmados, ya teníamos pasajes, excursiones pagas y de todo y sin el menor recato insistían el sr. Alfredo que estaba cancelada. Pedimos hablar con la gerenta pero con tanta mala suerte nunca estaba disponible y nos llamaría más tarde. Nunca llamó. A esa altura conseguir otra cosa para esa fecha ya salido el plan previaje era imposible, con lo cual frente a su total indiferencia e irresponsabilidad se arruinó todo el plan.

Las habitaciones son muy amplias, con grandes roperías, la limpieza es buena. La atención es aceptable. Cuenta con una piscina en el ultimo piso, donde se obtienen unas hermosas vistas de toda la ciudad.

Muy buena opción en Trelew, ubicado en el centro y a una cuadra de la muy bonita Plaza Independencia. Amplias habitaciones con sector de sillones, hermosas roperías de madera y cómodo baño. Muy linda vista de la ciudad. En el ultimo piso tiene una piscina que también brinda vistas de toda la ciudad. La atención en recepción es correcta pero totalmente impersonal y desinteresada , solicite información sobre el hotel Rayentray de la ciudad de Esquel y solo me dieron el numero de teléfono. El desayunador es lindo pero bastante pequeño, el desayuno es rico pero sin nada a destacar

Hotel con excelente ubicación em Trelew. Esta ubicado a pocas cuadras del museo Egidio Ferruglio. Gran trato de todo el personal del hotel. Destaco la atención de Alfredo y Luis. Desayuno correcto. Recomiendo aloj**** en las habitaciones recicladas.

En la página del hotel no aclaran que cobran el uso de la pileta, sauna e hidromasaje. He estado en otros hoteles donde eso es parte del servicio! El desayuno nada para destacar, faltaría un poco de frutas. La cena x ir en grupo fue 2 veces pollo y 2 veces pastas. A los que van en grupo, me da la sensación de que es otro servicio..... La habitación muy amplia con buena vista. La limpieza regular. Los recepcionistas amables pero todo es x separado. Pedí un mapa y ellos no lo tienen, tengo que pedir en la agencia que está allí adentro (que atiende con horario acotado) Consulto x la pileta y el spa, ellos no saben, hay que consultar aparte (que también tienen su horario) Si te gusta caminar estás a unas 15-16 cuadras del centro. Recomiendo esa caminata. Si vuelvo a Puerto Madryn seguramente no volvería a este hotel.

Hola, pasamos una noche en nuestra visita a Trelew y antes de tomar el avión, el hotel necesita urgente una remodelación, es como se quedo en la década del 80, desayuno correcto pero con panadería visible del día anterior re calentada. La habitación bien, pero con decoración vieja, y el baño muy viejo con el inodoro que perdía agua, son cosas que se deben chequear al entregar la habitación.
