Es un hotel de muchos años, muy bien mantenido y con atención muy buena sobretodo en recepción, super atentos, serviciales. Cuidando los detalles para que los huéspedes se sientan cómodos.

El hotel está súper cuidado, nos sorprendió que tenga alfombras en escalera, pisos, habitaciones y están muy bien cuidadas, buen aroma etc. La habitación impecable, (un problema con el cable que no pudimos ver tele pero nada grave) el baño cómodo, amplio, el colchón súper y las sábanas suaves, almohadas cómodas, la verdad excelente. El desayuno, poca variedad pero impecable en la elección, tortas, salados, frutas, cereales, jugo exprimido!!! excelente. AHORA BIEN: Todo esto no sería posible si no hay predisposición del personal, por lo que debemos decir que los empleados del día 20 y 21 (mañana) son súper amables, empaticos, simpáticos, dispuestos a resolver dudas y nos recomendaban cosas para hacer en la ciudad. FELICITACIONES POR LA CALIDAD HUMANA!!! Si bien es el trabajo de ellos como algunos dirían, nosotros decimos que en otros lugares son atendidos por dueños y esto no lo ves. Gracias y es para volver. El Hotel está calificado como tres estrellas, y en realidad creo que un puntaje objetivo no debiera superar las 2 estrellas y media. Es un lugar adecuado, con buena atención, pero algunos detalles no resultan satisfactorios. No se reponen como corresponde los elementos de higiene, tampoco las sábanas. Se observan algunos deterioros edilicios, cuenta con dos ascensores uno de los cuales no funcionó en casi toda mi estadía. Podrían ofrecer, por los precios que se manejan, un desayuno más variado y completo. El restaurante es bastante aceptable. La carta de vinos muy pobre. Excelente predisposición del empleado de recepción del 16/7/23 por la mañana, que me ofreció mantenerme en la habitación luego del check-out, hasta el momento de mi partida (alrededor de 4 horas más) sin costo alguno. En resumen una buena experiencia, pero mejorable, teniendo en cuenta el valor de la estadía.

Breakfast is fine. But in a four night stay they made the beds and clean the room only once.

Es un hotel antigüo, bien conservado. Deben mejorar el desayuno. Muy muy limitado y no entiendo porque no tienen huevo revueltos al menos que se pueda solicitar. Sin duda el desayuno es la mayor debilidad.

Buena elección si debes alojarte en Trelew. La habitación, cómoda igual que el baño. Un desayuno normal. Muy buen restaurante. El único inconveniente que tiene es no tener incluido el parking. Me parece que deberían tenerlo incorporado en la tarifa.

Muy buen hotel. Excelentes cocheras. Muy buena atencion del personal de recepcion y del buffet/restaurant. Es solo un detalle que la decoracion: es un poco anticuada, pareceria de una pelicula de Olmedo y Porcel de los '70, pero esta todo muy limpio y en excelente funcionamiento. En esa linea de lugar antiguo, los artefactos de baño estan casi en la categoria "vintage" pero todo funciona genial, excelente temperatura y presion del agua de la ducha. Muy buen desayuno, con excelente calidad de untables (lastima que solo hay pan tostado, recomedaria agregar pan fresco), frutas, tortas, etc. Cenamos tambien en el restaurant, EXCELENTE ATENCION y muy buena calidad de la comida. En conclusion, al margen necesitar renovar la decoracion.. EXCELENTE !!!!!
